I can't rave enough about Lucy's Boutique! I had planned to spend a day of prom dress shopping with my daughter and was overjoyed when we found the perfect dress at only our second stop. Eman and Ban (the owners) are knowledgeable, helpful and skilled at what they do! As busy as the store was, they were patient and kind and just let us enjoy the experience. From ordering, to alterations, to the final pick up of the dress, our experience was fantastic. Thank you Eman and Ban! We will recommend you to anyone who is looking for a formal dress.

I can't say enough about Ban and Eman. The sweetest and hardest working people I've been blessed to have met. They worked tirelessly to ensure I was happy with every alteration for my wedding dress and supported me through any doubts. The work was flawless and they were always available for any last minute appointments or questions I had. When celebrating such an important chapter in your life, it's important to surround yourself with people you trust and that share the same values. Thank you Eman and Ban for all of your hard work and kindness! I will cherish it always.

We live in the Vancouver area, and my daughter was getting married in Hamilton Ontario. I was scheduled to have my suit altered locally when the seamstress suddenly became quite ill a week and a half before the wedding. We had used Lucy’s boutique in Oakville for alterations to my suit, my son”s suit, my wife’s dress, for my sons wedding 2 years prior. I called Ban in desperation to see if she could do the job with such a tight deadline. Again she came to our rescue and saved the day, making significant and beautiful alterations in 2 days. We are so grateful for the excellent work and customer service. Big hugs.

Had the most amazing time at Lucy's as I looked for a dress for my sons wedding .Ban is warm ,funny ,talented and a perfectionist. I absolutely love the dress she picked for me but many of the dresses in the store were excellent choices . Her and her sister's dedication to helping customers find the perfect dress and making them feel special is second to none.Thank you ladies. I so enjoyed working with you !

I went to Lucy’s boutique to find a prom dress 4 months ago and every single time I left the shop I always left with a smile! These sisters run an amazing store and are one of the most kind, funny, and patient people out there. They have amazing qualities you can’t really find in boutiques and they customize your dress to YOUR liking exactly! I would 100% go again, they have beautiful dresses and inclusive size ranges. 10/10 experience, thank you Lucy’s boutique!! :)-Bella

AMAZING!!! I've brought many things here from my prom/grad dress to dance costumes. They were able to help fix the costumes in complex ways even with strict deadlines approaching! My prom dress was completely reconstructed flawlessly, taking out the whole back of it. They were able to meet all my wants! Their attention to detail is impeccable, I had a fully mesh costume that was altered without a trace of a cut or seam. I'm truly in awe of how that's even possible! The service is exceptional. All of my items were altered to perfection! They can really do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. I will never go to another boutique! Lots of love for them ❤️
