Their Acne treatment is particularly outstanding, which has solved my acne problem that has bothered me for many years. Every employee is very professional and friendly, very relaxed and satisfied every time when i go there.

Very new machines. Friendly and professional staff. They are good at everything, eyelash extension, facials and advanced customized skin treatment. They don’t push products. Very comfortable.

Experience skin management. Appreciated for the free consultation for new cilent, so I get to know more about my skin type and problems. No wasting time and money again as doing the right treatments which is more suitable for me. Nice environment and feel so relaxing. I can do body treatment once finish the facial treatment, save lots of my time.

There are so many cosmetic clinics in toronto,but only NuMe gives me that warm feeling like back to home. All staff there are nice and professional, especially the manager Elsa. Everytime I ask a question they will prompt reply me kindly. Trust NuMe wont let u down

I really don’t recommend this store. Would give zero stars if there’s the option. The price is way more expensive than other stores, and the service is not any better. Thought it would be different and better than other stores, but I was wrong. Horrible customer service from the store manager. They’d try to sell you more products during the process of the service and ask you to buy more. Didn’t feel comfortable at all. Really be careful.

This shop was recommended by one of my friend. I had a deep clean and skin care there. The whole services were comfortable and the staff were very professional as well. They did not keep pushing me of buying their membership, but more focusing on my daily skin care habits and skills. They were friendly and patient, so finally I decided to become a Gold Member. Such a professional medical beauty shop which is really rare in Toronto.

As a men, I am glad that I finally found a place who have treatment for men. We do need skin care, maybe even have more desire than women as we do not have much experience on taking care our skin, nor we know any skin care product at all. I have skin problem of acne since high school, it really frustrated me. After several treatments in NuMe, my skin was getting much better apparently. And they taught me how to take care my skin and change my live habits in order to maintain the healthy skin. Thank you so much again!

Horrible customer service, their prices are 3 times more and their devices are same as other places. I walked in, waited 10 minutes, kept saying hello, but nobody was there. I called them while I was standing in the clinic, a woman answers and when I asked her to come out of the room so I can ask her couple of questions she tells me if you want to know anything just just take a picture of the paper on the table!
