Technically the most appealing of the malls. You don't feel like your in T.Bay walking around. Great food court, some decent stores. I really like the street signs marking hallways, the interior wall using old Chapples exterior. Shame over the years the city has not properly invested in renos and has been allowed to become rundown with roof leaks. I have visited many towns and Thunder Bay is the only one that doesn't promote or does a lousy job of promoting facilities that are unique.

Had an appointment at a lawyers office within the mall and had to try 4 different doors to get out. Locked up tight with no notices on how you will not be able to exit the doors you came in or no signage on how to exit and where

Very few stores but helping communities are most of these places in the mall. Love Beendigen and love friends of library store plus can walk around

Not as exciting to visit anymore as it was several years ago. Eateries and food shops here still serve the best meals ever.

What a pitiful site to visit!... I just happened to pass through the building's hallways in order to head out to the city government's service offices and believe it or not, I never met a single soul anywhere inside the building.... other than staff from the City's offices located farther down of course. Weren't they intending to tear it down and reopen the Victoria St. East road again?

Used to be kind of empty and boring. Has gotten a lot more nice and lively lately, even if I'm passing through to go to St Joes.

Too many street people just sitting around. Was approached before we even go out of the car by person begging for money. There was several security people walking around, but did not feel safe.
