I used Neatbee for the first time. A deep clean was performed on my home. Dolores and Shelley arrived on time and kept me updated. Upon returning to my house I was blown away how great a job these two gals did. It was a great price for an amazing service. I will recommend them .

The cleaning work is good, but just like the other poor reviews it's true - they getcha" in their convoluted pricing. If a business needs to trot out "clause IV" of their fine print terms to explain why you should be happy and to justify their behaviour they won't be in business too long. And I do not recommend you use them.They both:- (like others) told me the quoted price needed to change in the middle of the cleaning (of course for more $$) on the first visit- highlighted that they charge when they arrive at my property

Chose Neatbee after using many services. Does not disappoint! Tanya is great and has wonderful demeanour! Sheilah put us at ease regarding our baby and cleaning products and walking us through the process. Thanks Tanya and sheilah!

Best cleaning service I've ever used! Michelle and her team are not only friendly and courteous (they kindly wear masks at my request despite not being legally required to do so), they're also really great at what they do! My baseboards have never looked better and my bathrooms SHINE! Well worth the money! :D

First I'd like to say I'm very pleased with the ladies. Very friendly and arrived right on time.The place was a mess but once they finished it was wonderful..everywhere was spotless.Only thing is the inside of the fridge was not cleaned though that could have been my fault for not asking.Anywho I'll be a repeat customer for sure.You have wonderful staff with Delores, Cali and Shelly.Thank you

Well folks I was disappointed because I specifically asked for only 3 jobs to be done and that did not happen. I needed my kitchen cupboards washed out... I was happy with the results of that job. The second job I needed done was my rangehood cleaned inside. What a joke that was. Not even close to clean. I showed the girl the grease on my finger when i was checking at the end of service. They missed a lot!! They did not attempt to correct it. The third job I asked to be done was the back splash around the sink area. It didn't look any different when they were done. The grout was still dirty. I know there are cleaning products that can do that job but i guess they forgot to bring it. They originally told me they would send 3 people for one and a half hours but I only got 2 ladies. If they cleaned what I asked them to and didn't clean the doors to my fridge and dishwasher and stove they could have spent more time on what I asked them to do. At one point i saw the girl wiping my patio door. I never asked for that!! I am 71 and can't do these jobs anymore which is why i called this company. I didn't get what I asked for....even though I was very specific and detailed about what was needed. This company should be ashamed for the half as*** job they did!! But they didn't mind asking me to tip the cleaners!!

The cleaners always do a great job and will be sure to correct anything you see they may have missed during your walk through. Customer service is always very friendly and attentive.

Michelle is the absolute best. She leads her team so well and honestly my house is spotless after she comes. The other teams are great but I know immediately if it was Michelle as she leaves nothing in her path. Super clean. She is also nice and fast. She even likes my dog.

Opulence cleaning has been amazing. Im on my third clean and I've been nothing but impressed. From booking with Sheila to the cleans with Carrie and Cassidy. They are thorough and professional.A big plus for me is their care with animals. I have 2 long haired cats and a big great dane puppy. They are so good at handling them. Very friendly and loving. I am very confident in their ability to handle them.The only downside for me is the ability to lock them in for a consistent day/time. They cannot guarantee time slots which for me is a bummer.Otherwise I highly recommend. Totally worth every cent.
