All Paws on Deck Training

Michelle was an incredible trainer to work with. Our rescue pup Nova is a bit nervous around strangers but with quickly warmed up to her. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable and really enjoys her work. I instantly saw the connection between Nova and Michelle. We learned so many new skills and tips on training our dog. More importantly learned the importance of establishing the trust and respect in our relationship with our pup. I look forward to working with Michelle again in the future and would recommend her to our all family and friends. :)

We recently completed our 6 weeks training with Michelle and we had an amazing experience. We, together with our goldendoodle, Lily, have learned new skills to improve our recalls and walking on a loose leash amongst other things. Michelle is very knowledgeable and patient. Michelle is a very kind, and knowledgeable trainer. We're first time dog owners and were having some issues with our almost 2 years old lab.She helped us understand the real issues behind his behaviour with her knowledge and sharing extra materials with us.It was the best investment I could do for our family.

Michelle helped me with my 10 year old mini american eskimo with reactivity issues. She taught me how to navigate through various situations and most importantly taught me how to support my dog through these situations too. I can now spot his change in behaviour and act accordingly when before I did not see. Consistency is key! Thank you again for all your help!

Working with Michelle was so amazing. Her patience is incredible. We reached out as we had just rescued our Saluki, Jack, and while he is the sweetest boy on earth has some reactivity issues that we needed to get on top of. Michelle explained things and the process very clearly. She answered all of our questions and then some. She went above and beyond and was always a text message away. For our first few sessions Michelle came right to our apartment, then we gradually moved to outdoor sessions. We saw such an incredible change in Jack in just our 7 sessions. And we still have some follow up sessions as well. If you are looking for a positive reinforcement trainer-- hire Michelle.

We are absolutely amazed by Michelle's training skills when it comes to our dog. We have seen such a marked improvement, and it is due in no small part to her expertise. Not only did she provide us with the necessary guidance during our sessions with her, but she also gave us the information and tools we needed to continue the training at home. We had a wonderful experience with Michelle and All Paws on Deck Training! We are first-time puppy owners and we knew it was important to get started on the right foot but were overwhelmed and uncertain how best to do it. To the rescue came Michelle who was amazing and helped us along every step of the way!She truly went above and beyond in her training and all extra help and advice she gave us along the way. The training sessions themselves were fantastic and highly enjoyable, and we saw incredible progress each week in our puppy.
