Vancouver Convertible Tops

I took my 1993 Mustang convertible into Roy and Brenda. Within a couple of weeks they informed me that the top had arrived. They instructed me how to rent a car a block away, at Enterprise. At the end of the 2nd day, they called and said I could pick up my beauty in the morning. Which I did. The top looked pristine. The inside had been vacuumed, including the cat hair on the roof of the inner liner. The coup de gras was my white wall tires looked new because they had put black tire paint on each wheel. Roy and Brenda were polite, competent, and professional. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!! Thanks to both Roy and Brenda.

I had been having problems with my convertible top for some time, and finally called VCT. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel confident to bring them my vehicle. They were very quick in determining the cause of the issue, and once I agreed to move forward, the top was fixed and I picked it up 2 days later. I should have called these guys 2 years ago. From the moment i called in for a repair, I already have a good feeling about this place. Brenda was so nice on the phone and very informative. When i meet her in person, I knew i was in good hand. Roy is also super nice and even the initial temporary roof duct-taped was a 5* job. The roof took 2 weeks to arrived and within 1 day they finish the job and the result is perfect. I had Roy work on my 1957 Ford Sunliner (Convertible). He was good enough to take a look and when he found the problem and told me he did not do that type of repair I told him no problem that I had a body shop that could fix it. Basically it was structure related. I brought it back and he repaired the fabric on my top and I am in line for him to do work on my 65 Impala SS convertible.

Great job and service! Looks way better than the original roof and it's fabric not vinyl.

I had a different experience from what appears to be the majority here. I asked for a simple small rip to be fixed on the interior side of the top and received a $850 quote plus $650 in labor. $1500 for a tiny rip without any other options was disappointing as a customer and I wished Roy had taken the time to provide me with all my options instead of selecting the one most profitable for them. I'm sure they do great work but I will look elsewhere for better one on one service.

My husband took my car here to get my roof fixed when some jerk decided it would be fun to take a knife to my roof. Roy and Brenda were great and very nice to deal with. I had a really bad day and they did their best to make it much better. I highly recommend them for their incredible service and my roof is perfect. Great job.

Very simple, Roy and his crew and staff offer no-nonsense, honest, reasonably priced workmanship and that is not common in the automotive repair business.Anybody, and I mean everybody, who owns a convertible car requiring repairs or adjustments to the roof or seating should go no where else but Vancouver Convertible Tops.Roy also keeps his word and what he promises he delivers ... very, very professional and ethical!!!

Just a great experience. Polite, professional, considerate of my wallet. They found the leak I've been troubleshooting for a while. Despite taking it to a windshield place that didn't find it, VCT found the tiny leak in my windshield sealant as well as identifying a door problem. They really are the leak experts!Side note: as a masculine person with painted nails, I sometimes face discrimination. I didn't notice any of that here. I often avoid wearing femme clothes or make up when I deal with garages and with the awesome nails I currently have, I opted to keep them and didn't regret it. Didn't feel like they noticed or cared or increased my bill. They're really honest and easy to talk to in my experience.
