I had a great experience at Carter Honda. Luc and Allie were very helpful and kept me updated during a long wait due to supply chain issues. Never felt like I was being forced into making selections for the sake of them making a higher commission- options were laid out for me and then I could pick from there. Great job overall and I’m very excited about my new car!

Excellent service and very reliable! This is what I felt when agent Winston Lien tried so hard to help me to find an ideal car, and he found this 2011 Honda CRV with the best value and price. Although I was not able to buy it due to my family stuff later on, Winston still kept being so friendly and honest to me. He returned me the whole deposit as he promised. Absolutely, If I want to buy a used or new car, Winston and Carter Honda will be my first choice.

I always get great service at Carter Honda, whoever I deal with. They are prompt and communicative with what needs to be done maintenance wise, what can wait and what might be coming up. And the drop off / pick up service comes in handy at times.

I know Carter Honda Motorsports for so many years their staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable of what they are doing it took a little longer than I expected to get my motorcycle fixed I believe it had something to do with some parts being on back order but all and all I am very happy with the results my motorcycle runs very well and looks absolutely beautiful, thanks to Megan who works in Motorcycle Department as an Advisor and Cosmo their Technician also all the guys working in parts Department.Thank you all at Carter Honda MotorsportsCheers
