During the Alberta Energy Rebate program, I had my crawl space spray foamed. It was estimated that I would receive a rebate of about $1000. Strangely Thermo Pro kept telling me that the rebate is not a sure thing and I may get nothing. This was baffling to me because I’ve had previous work done that qualified for the rebate program and was never once told that I may not get money back. After a few months I decided to call the rebate program and enquire about the status of my claim, only to be told that they had nothing on file for me. Now it all made sense why they were telling me why I may not get a rebate. They obviously had no intention of submitting my claim to begin with. As far as I’m concerned this company cost me $1000 and misrepresented their themselves. I have since tried calling and asking what happened, but surprise, no one returned my calls.

I had a great experience with this company and all the gentlemen I dealt with. They were terrific the whole way through - from initial planning to the completed job. They provided professional and high quality workmanship, and we’re flexible when other issues came up during our renovation. They went above and beyond to help us stay within our time frame. I really appreciated the clear and kind communication throughout.

I was very impressed with these guys. I just had them check my attic to see if I needed more insulation. I appreciated the guys honesty as he told me I had the same level of insulation as new homes - so probably don't need more. The fact that they have this integrity, telling you what you need, not just trying to make a buck, speaks volumes!

Very professional and easy to work with. Staff and installers are very knowledgeable and friendly. My project was completed on time with no problems at all. I strongly recommend Thermo Pro Insulation from insulation to drywall and everything in between.

Recently had our cute old house's admittedly lacking blown in attic insulation topped up by Thermo Pro. They were punctual, clean and I felt their pricing was fair. Feeling good heading into another long Alberta winter.

stayed 4 nights asked for a bottle of water in the night on 2nd and 3rd nights and was told only give customers 2 on checkinover breakfast with the other guys they said we did not get any water(5guys x 4 nights X $110/night ) really!!continental breakfast was the typical far (no bacon)rooms and bed very comfortable and cleanenjoyed the complimentary coffee interview lobby

When pulling a trailer with your company name blasted all over it you should try to drive a bit better.

I highly recommend Thermo Pro. They are very busy so it took some time to book an appointment, but they were friendly, professional, very efficient and knowledgeable. Costs were reasonable, and the estimate was accurate to the final total. I'm very impressed with their service. They also are apart of the Alberta Rebate Program - and were very helpful in that application process.
