I would give a higher rating if it were possible because 5 is not enough! I had an emergency situation on a Friday afternoon and Wright's Plumbing was already extremely busy, however they took the time to fit me in for what I thought was going to be a temporary fix "until they had more availability on Monday

Brad was able to come and do a job for me very last minute. I had enlisted the services of another company who kept giving me the run around and were severely delaying my project. I contacted Brad and they were able to come that same week! He completed the work quickly and didn't leave any mess. He also helped me to fix a few things that I had messed up along the way. He came back the next day to finish the job and everything worked perfectly. When I was ready to install the features, something was off in the measurements, so he came back and corrected the minor mistake and now everything is hooked up with no issues! He even helped me with another installation while he was there just to make up for the VERY MINOR mistake. Brad is super friendly and explains everything thoroughly. He is patient and willing to help with any questions throughout the project. I sent him quite a few texts and he never seemed to get frustrated and was always willing to help. I enjoyed having him in my home and I'm very glad I didn't put up with the nonsense from the other company because there is no way they could hold a candle to Brad. Thank you!

The first time we met Brad, was for an emergency leak we had in our upstairs bathroom. I have left this for a year and a half now but feel it’s time I warned people about Wrights Plumbing.Brad was hired to do a simple tap install (we supplied the tap). Was very kind on the phone and said he would stop by after work to install. Sounded great. He was at my place for less than an hour and showed up with an apprentice- did not think anything of it until he hit me with a bill of over 700 dollars. Thinking it was a mistake I emailed Brad who confirmed that was the bill. Charged my 150 service call, 160 per hour for himself and his apprentice- travel time... etc.Paid him for the hour he was at my place and his materials. Then was turned to the joke of a collection agency after being threatened by Brad that I better pay up. Luckily I’m not an elderly person who may have been intimidated by this guy. How dare you try and extort people Brad.

We have a water access cottage on Gloucester Pool near Port Severn. Brad just successfully figured out a water system supply issue that had perplexed other plumbers. His service was quickly responsive and communicated clearly . Not only is he very personable and friendly but his work is very skillful and professional. I would recommend him and his company to anyone

I highly recommend Wright's Plumbing. Brad is the most professional and customer service focused trades person I have seen in many years.
