There is a gaping hole in this store. Very unprofessional, ugly, and bad. My eyes are still sore from looking at that eye sore. Magazines were a disaster. Lots of tacky merchandise too. This place has gone way downhill since it was a Chapters. Now it is an Indigo. Why name your store after a colour? Instead of a part of a book? Makes no sense.

The store is very unorganized, and it was much better when Christian Fiction was separated from secular fiction. I'm not interested in taking a chance on getting offensive content, so unless I know the author, the current system doesn't work. At least it could be separated by ratings.. like G rating.

Indigo: *has computers to search inventory*Computers: *has paper signage saying I should use my own phone/data to search indigo site while in store*Indigo site: *has inaccurate inventory numbers, and won’t tell me where to physically find book or employee to help*I find worker: *tells me my books should be easy to find in the section.. that is split in to three areas across the store*Indigo: *does not actually have the books I want and customer service doesn’t care to hear about it.*Me: I’m no wasting another 2 months waiting for customer service to get back to me. What a waste. Support someone who cares.

Always find some unique things at the store. Gifts, decor, purses, wallets, candles, games. Of course tons of books, journals, cookbooks, magazines.
