Coffee /beverages and customer service is definitely 5 star. Always enjoy it when we stay in westin, this is the first time tried their breakfast because restaurant is closed. Breakfast is still made in restaurant kitchen and brought to you to sit and eat in the lounge. Very limited selection, comes with plastic cutlery and only salt and pepper, had go in line again to ask for ketchup, sugar etc. Prices are still same as were used to be in the restaurant while being catered by a waiter, also food did not taste good at all, I would rate food 0 stars. In future will eat in neighborhood breakfast places till restaurant opens for breakfast. Coffee definitely from T and co.

This is just a Starbucks? Don't be fooled by the name. Coffee comes out of a machine. Very disappointed!

Exactly what you need in the morning.. delicious coffee and probably the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had (with Canadian bacon). If your staying at WB or just in the area, definitely worth checking out!

This is my second time staying that the Westin Bayshore in 2 weeks. All I can say is I wish I had stopped at T&Co the first day because I wouldn’t have had breakfast anywhere else. The banana bread is by far the best I ever had, and we all know banana bread was perfected during the pandemic!! The chocolate croissant was flaky and warm and my husband devoured the chocolate chip cookies. The staff I would give a 20/10 if I could. Not only do they recognize you when you arrive in the AM prepping your “regular” but they are also incredibly funny, and delightful to engage with. This morning was our last in Vancouver and I told my husband that I was going to buy an entire loaf of the banana bread. Yes I’m crazy!! When we got there the girl just looked at me without me saying anything and said “we are sold out”. I think she was just as devastated as I was. The look on my face I’m sure was as if someone had just taken my cats away from me. The girl just said “I have one end piece left ?” And without even considering it I just yelled yes !!! Now don’t get me wrong we also purchased cookies and croissants because they are equally as delicious but what made this small hotel coffee house truly stellar was the customer service. The personalized feel you got when you walked up, the attention you were given and the pleasure it was to interact with them. I can’t say enough good things about them. Just go, don’t walk, run and do it before 3 pm daily :)

It's just a downgrade version of Starbucks. They carry starbucks menu, but it does not taste good as Starbucks - even though Starbucks is not the best in the city. It tastes watery and somewhat bland - especially mocha. I would not recommend this place unless you can't even walk one block and this is the only option nearby.
