The service is not exceptable. I went through the drive through and ended up just walking in. The staff there dont know whats going on and they are scared to reply to you if you ask a question. Tim hortons used to have a good meaning to canadians and now its turned into somthing else. Next time, i want my order to be done first before I pay. 1 star.

It is busy here. As for me, I have enjoyed going over there specially enjoyed soups. Food is good. Staff is good. The Eating area is neat, clean, spacious. Wifi missing.

Amazing place, since they changed their stuff. New people working there are always friendly and polite. Never get my orders wrong and just radiate positive energy!

The staff at this Tim Horton's really needs to understand that the employees of the building have limited times on their breaks and do not have time to stand and wait in line for 10-15 mins. When there are four people on staff and only one register opened with a line up to the doors they should open another register and serve their customers with the same quality of service as other locations do. Especially past 2pm. They seem to be more concerned on cleaning up and ignoring the amount of people are standing there waiting to be served. Again when there are more then 2 people on staff and only one is taking orders while the others are cleaning. This location already has limited hours and a limited menu so I would think they should really do something about how slow the service really is. They've hired a couple new staff members....why? It really makes no difference. The service is still horrible.

Donuts good, coffee was undrinkable. I ordered a cold foam latte and it was like they dumped and entire bottle of Torani syrup in there. I had to throw it out. I tried to give it to my husband since he likes sweet drinks and he said it was disgusting

Staff is friendly and always greet regulars with a smile . Line can get long some times. But the staff are fast at getting thought the line.

Terrible service, take a walk and go to another Tims close by. Maybe even try a small mom and pop coffee place next!
