HomeEd was a pleasure to deal with! Their leasing agent, Ray, was so friendly and helped me find the perfect place for my budget. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Zaher was totally professional in dealing with our application. He tried his best to provide us the best experience.In our initial home visit, he noticed some things that needed to be fixed and they were dealt with in a timely manner.

Ray was a very helpful Inspection report. Ray show me the place. Ray was in the building already and Ray was very punctual with me. Ray was told me to look around to see if everything was working properly. The place looked very clean and well kept. Signed the paperwork well. Looks like a good apartment to live in.

We had a problem with water coming into our hallway floor in our unit. The maintenance guy named Manny was great. He was here quick and found the leak in the unit above and took quick action to get plumber and water clean up company. He is a very good at his job and is also very pleasant.

HomeEd has always been there for me and I cannot put into words how grateful I am to rent from them. The leasing team always make the rental process so simple and effortless and the maintenance crew do an outstanding job with repairs every time. If I ever have concerns management is always quick to provide solutions and the level of communication is beyond excellent. My parents have lived in one of their units for over 20 years. It's a constant battle to get in touch with somone to get repairs done or questions answered. But when home ed wants something from you they want it now. They refuse to give my mom a supervisor number. She has left multiple messages nobody returns her calls. She has been having issues with wasps and hornets getting into her unit she needs someone to deal with this. It's not the first time this has happened. I've had to call and get upset with them this time looks like I may have to drive into the city and go strait to their office to deal with this.there are 2 of us that have allergies to wasps and hornets we are at risk going to visit with this situation. I've advised my mother to record all her attempts to contact them and her conversations with home ed I've also told her to tell home ed she will not make her rent pymts until somone calls her and deals with this. This is the worst rental property company out there to deal with.

Lived in a HomeEd property for 5 years now. The team of staff addressing resident concerns is immediately addressed for urgent and within very reasonable time for non-urgent. Since I moved items replaced so far are a brand new efficient furnace, hot water tank, refrigerator and Jose replaced the bathroom ceiling fan today. Impressed and appreciate the professional class maintenance work Jose completed today. I recommend these properties if you want an affordable, good sized valued rental property and professionally consistent maintenance team available with an immediately answered phone call.

I recently moved into a HomeEd location, a townhouse. HomeEd did a great job getting the unit ready for us (save some paint on the carpet & minor fixes) and overall we had a really great move-in experience. We received a copy of the move-in report and any concerns were noted! Very clean, very quiet area and great for families.

So you bought another property , Miller ridge . How long do you suppose till that site is run down . Already tenants are moving out because they don’t want to deal with you as your reputation as a housing company isn’t the greatest. Call them anytime but when you call you don’t get a return call . It never fails and be very aware of them they do like to bully tenants so if I were all of you I would start a tenant union and make sure you have security cameras in your suite
