Dragon King Chinese Food

Would definitely recommend taking out food here. Ordered 200+ dollars worth of food and was ready in 20 minutes. Food tastes really good and when you order enough to fill 2 bags they give you a thick cardboard box so you can actually carry it which is more than lots of other places do. 11/10 recommend

Have been going here for 20+ years always good. But the last cupple years quality has went down and price is way way up. Sad to see

Food is sparse... Combos are not put together, you have to assemble your sauces yourself so it defeats buying a sesame chicken or General Tao Chicken combo if the chicken is not cooked with the sauce. The chicken fried rice is greasy and lacks any chicken pieces in the dish. Way too much dough around the chicken balls and shrimp. The Spring rolls are huge but the stuff inside is chewy and a choking hazard. The Cantonese Chow Moen lacks meat and no shrimp. The beef and broccoli lacks beef and flavour. And the biggest let down is the price. We pay more for less. If these businesses do not stop cutting corners then they will find themselves out of business. Paid $75 for the meals.... too bad. I should have read the other comments. This place may have been better in its day but not today!

We ordered through Uber eats. It came well packaged. The vegetable roll and egg roll both weren't tasty and had an odd taste to it. The chicken fried rice was decent. The chilli chicken was quite good - good amount of chicken! The salt n pepper squid was like paper. I have never eaten any squid that is so chewy that you cannot pull a piece apart. Given the price of the dish it was not worth it at all!

I tried this place for the first time and I must say that it’s very interesting. I ordered one of the signature combos that is “A little bit of everything” and a “Hot and Sour” soup. I like this concept that It provides a better idea of the overall food at this establishment. After sampling my order I must say that it’s not the most “Spectacular”. At the same time, it’s not a “Disappointment”. The soup tasted like it was lacking some flavour. The egg roll was larger then average and the stuffing tasted like there was with a hint of unknown spice that I feel in this case would be better off without it. Otherwise I would have to say the prices is reasonable and the food quality was “Average” overall. I strongly recommend for those checking it out for the first time to order the special combo for one that has a little bit of everything offering you a better grasp of your tastebuds. I would say this is more like a 3.5 stars to me but not worthy of a 4!

I ordered the vegetable chow mein, and what came was a plate of lukewarm bean sprouts. When I called I was risky told that chow mein never has noodles and is always a steamed beansprouts. They did not rectify their clear mistake and instead continued to speak in a rude manner. There are several other places in the area and I discourage ever spending your money there

Best ss chicken balls, crab wontons and well basically happy with it! Have ordered a few times now before making this rating

I like authentic Chinese food, but sometimes Canadian-Chinese food is just what you want.This is hands down the best Canadian-Chinese place that I've tried at least in York Region, maybe the GTA.
