We had booked another company who didn’t show and needed the carpets cleaned asap as a condition of the sale of our house. Sani Tech not only came same day and very last minute at the end of a busy day, they did a great job with the carpets and were super friendly and professional too! Peter is awesome and I highly recommend this company if you need your carpets cleaned.

Arrived on time and delivered on exactly what was agreed upon. Took real pride in the carpet cleaning with special attention to areas that needed extra work. Initially cleaned the carpet in my office and did such a great job that I had Sani-Tech also do my home. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality carpet cleaning services at a reasonable price.

We were simply totally satisfied with the results (a world of difference in the before and after look), and the courtesy that we experienced. We were also given a clear explanation about what had been done, and what could be done to restore - in the future - other area rugs that we had feared had been irreparably damaged by a careless contractor. We are looking forward to having Sani-Tech back again.

This company is the finest carpet cleaning company I have ever used! Their area rug cleaning is superb….I have entrusted them with som very expensive carpets and they always do a perfect job! Ask for Dave if he’s available to do your carpet cleaning as he is fantastic. Always on time, very polite, extremely helpful!
