Addiction Rehab - Addiction Recovery Network

Would give them a minus 100 if i could. WORST WORST WORST COMPANY!!!! Received call from Jeanette Castledine requesting Security Guard Services- we sent a Security guard for 2 months - this was back in March 20 2020 , we still have not gotten paid. After numerous requests they still have not paid. We are a small local business and depend our on clients to pay on time. We have had to pay our guards out of our own pocket. The nurse told our guard that they do not pay them either and make them work for months before they even see a penny. I would request everyone to stay away from this company, they have numerous small claims and they owe a lot of small businesses money. they accept payment from their clients but do not pay their vendors or employees on time (if they even pay anything) John the owner has every single excuse in the book not to pay, I'm sure they have changed their security company multiple times for non payment issues and other vendors too. Vendors be warned in advance. We worked at 22 EASTVIEW CIRCLE BRAMPTON, have not gotten paid.

I attended a center of John's a few years ago. from the staff to the food, lodging, and the 12 step based program, everything was excellent. what you put in is what you get out of it. and they most certainly cared about their clients and tried and did everything possible to suit their needs. I was raken back on a guarantee as stated after approximately a year due to a relapse and following that time in treatment was abstinence for the longest i have been in all of my years of using. I attribute that to the care and treatment I received at the facility. I would recommend these facilities to anyone experiencing addictions issues. and i am grateful that I was able to attend and meet Mr haines. During the time since I was put pf treatment I had a beautiful baby girl and learned how to live life on life's terms. recently I've starting falling backwards and am looking to attend a center of his again as it was set up for success and ive been to far too many centers that did not offer qhat these centers offer. Thank you to everyone who helped me in my recovery, and I hope to get back there as soon as possible.thanks. joshua bell

Management-You know who I am, I don't need to tell you. The person who claims to be Jen S, is not who you think she is. That real person, never wrote that posting, and thinks very highly of what you have done for her in the past, and was/is, looking forward to the present and future, with regards to your program. The real Jen S, is ready, and willing to work the tools, you have provided for her. For those who are reading this, trust me when I say, this is a great rehab. Extremely Professional, great staff, and amazing food. They have an amazing program. If, I /we could give them more than a 5 star we/I would!! You will realize how extremely grateful you are by picking this rehab. For the person who did post pretending to be the real Jen S. Sham on you.

Amazing staff. They hire great people who are well trained and genuinely care. Hats off to Director Patty and therapist Elsa who are both amazing people and professionals. They have all done a great job in helping our daughter on her road to recovery. She had been to two other rehab places before this, but no experience came close to ARN in King City.As parents, we have felt very well supported through the after care services. It’s a huge relief to have people you can turn to for advice and help, and sometimes just for hope and perspective.

I spent 6 weeks at Recovery Network and the primary counsellor that was assigned to me really inspired me to take control of my life. The classes and groups I attended showed me how and why I didn't need alcohol to be at my best self, The food was fantastic and the therapy really focused on the details of my life and how to improve it. Would definitely recommend going here, AGN saved my life, they can save yours too!!!

I have been an employee of Addiction Recovery Network for 3 years and wanted to come on reviews to say I am appalled by some ex employees recent comments(I was told by one of my fellow coworkers that an ex employee was badmouthing our company) and to rebut by saying this company is a wonderful organization to work for and as an addiction and mental health professional I maintain the highest standards in caring for our clients. I have seen many transformations and lives saved over the time I have worked there. The clinical mental health team works integrally with our clients to overcome their deep rooted mental issues and are the anchor in instrumenting each client's transformation as on our tier as support professionals we work very hard in all other aspects beyond the mental realm to shape and mold each person and empower them to overcome their afflictions. All the staff at our location also enjoy their jobs and yes I can say for myself and other long term and regular employees are always paid on time and even compensated further in other ways with benefits and bonuses. I for one know of the problems with a few recent new hires and myself as other staff were glad to see some new changes in those departments.

I work for The Recovery Network. I love the team I work with and how hard they work with our clients so they can get on the right path. Watching the positive transformations our clients make as they move through our program. Our approach and program is truly second to none. Clients keep busy with group, private one on one therapy sessions, counselling sessions, and a wellness component as well..We all have been touched in some way by someone with mental health or addiction.I am proud of our team, proud of our clients.I am blessed and grateful to be a part of The Recovery Network

Spent $17,500 on a six week program for my son, was called less than two weeks later that the centre was closing in King City. No plan for my son, no refund of money, it has now been brought to my attention that they knew they would have to vacate the premises even before they signed him up. If I could rate this less than one I would. I kick myself for not doing my due diligence and a proper search of the owners not relying solely on the website. Do your due diligence and investigate before selecting a rehab for your child. Makes me sick to my stomach!

We sent our daughter to The Recovery Network for 2 months, she had mental issues along with eating disorder but no addiction issues but very suicidal due to her depression and other conditions. We chose The Recovery Network because they were mental health based and could provide the care for someone just suffering from mental health without addictions. Well our daughter did very well and is a new young woman. The clinical staff along with the counselors were so very good at what they did with her that they seemed to go over and above and well beyond our initial expectations. We as a family were kept in the loop and even helped with our own struggles as parents. I came on here to write a review as I see many others that review based on their loved ones success with addiction but rather we wanted people to know that TRN and their staff did an incredible job with someone suffering with mental illness. We are very happy we chose TRN to take our daughter to as we did look at several other treatment centres. Thank you Recovery Network you are truly an organization that lives up to what they say and in our case saved our daughter's life!
