Real Canadian Superstore Carrick St
The shopping experience itself was lovely, shelves were stocked, lines were moving quickly, and the staff was helpful if you could find them. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because when I went to use the washroom it was absolutely filthy. There were all kinds of garbage on the floor, the garbage cans were full, the two toilets were pretty dirty, and it just looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week.

I was very disappointed today. I shop here regularly because I can get all my groceries in one place because of ad matching. Very convenient until the cashier won’t match an item because the item I was buying was smaller than the item in the ad? You’d think that would be ok since the store is actually benefiting from me getting the smaller item? Then I try to ad match meat but because it says presidents choice they won’t match the price. All your items say presidents choice. So I went to the other stores and they got my money instead! I guess my money isn’t needed as much as I thought at the superstore.

You never have to wait for a cashier. There’s so many of them on it’s wonderful. The maximum time I’ve ever waited in the store cash lineup is 3 to 4 minutes. Really fantastic selection of baked goods, all natural items and dairy is great as well. The produce section has such a great variety and everything looks so fresh.

It is extremely confusing takes a good while to find one when you need help. The checkout lines are a total debacle. You have people waiting while the employee rushes you through so quick you barely knew what happened. Extremely cold and almost rude. Is so busy as a customer you get totally lost in the crowd. The aisles of food are set up very confusing. If you go there and need accessibility don't go. Is not set up at all for people with mobility issues. No real line for power chairs people that have issues with mobility absolutely no accomodations for people with disability at all. If you ask it's pretty much so sorry have a great day. Some prices are good others are a $$ grab. This would be my last place would go to if other stores didn't have what needed

In terms of selection and price, prob best in tbayThat said on average 50 visits out of 100 at least one item will be priced wrongEither exotic fruit or veggie they'll look forever on that little book and enter in the wrong code or something that's on sale but system auto gives u regular priceGotta be careful

I recently visited the Real Canadian Superstore and had a fantastic experience. The store was incredibly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our cashier, David, provided excellent service with a smile. The store was well stocked with a wide variety of products. Overall, it was a great shopping experience, and I will definitely be visiting again.

Great place to go if you are into asian food. The store sometimes has fresh quail eggs and youtian donuts which i couldn't find anywhere else.
