We purchased our tires from here so we were supposed to have free tire changes from summer to winter tires. They told us we had a nail in our tire and charged us to take our winter tires off, however we got a second opinion at another tire dealer when we got our winter tires put back on the next season and the specialist said we had no patches or holes in our tires. Definitely don’t recommend, very shady!

The service was 1st grade. I was always treated with respect and dignity as well as my cars were treated with care. When there was an extended problem with calibrating one tire pressure monitoring system sensor, even though it took several days to solve the issue, the problem was solved and I was not charged for all the labor spent on diagnosing, but just as quoted in the beginning. I give thumbs up, to this location

I just have to say that these guys are really really good. You can be 100% assured that whatever work you get done from them on your car will be high quality. Additionally, I think they have got superior customer support skills, they are super fun to talk to. I could not believe my ears when I just showed up one day without an appointment they they still remembered my name. Will recommend to everyone looking for a permanent stop for your auto problems.

Love this place, the management is super friendly and explains the issues your car may have. I used to go to the dealership, but these guys are way more friendly, and I think the prices are better too.

Service from walk-in the door, purchase of the tires, setting an acceptable appointment time & date, through the completion of the installation of the new tires was excellent. The service advisor Shalin Rairakhia was very welcoming, cheerful, and very thorough explaining options, pricing, warrantees, etc...This is my first experience dealing with Green & Ross and will definitely not be my last, furthermore I will heartily recommend this store at any opportunity.Wally Pollock

The team at Active Green+Ross is wonderful. My son, husband, and I all get our winter tires done at this location and the process has been professional, reliable and affordable. I especially appreciated that they went above and beyond to get me in this week (before a huge snowstorm) to get my tires done. I recommend them to everyone.
