Vanessa helped us with planning for the day of the wedding. This also meant that she met with us before and was communicating back and forth with us for the month prior to the wedding regarding our various types of questions.Everything went smoothly on the day of the wedding. Vanessa is extremely organized, easy to work with and took care of everything! She has terrific ideas, has a calming essence to her which allowed us to have fun and enjoy the night and is fun to work with !I highly recommend Vanessa - and Vanessa, thank you very much for everything, you made the wedding day and planning process less stressful and more fun :)

Vanessa and her team worked with us for nearly two YEARS to plan our wedding and bring our vision to life. Her professionalism, dedication, great ideas, and enthusiastic embracing of our vision made the day into a resounding success. Wedding planning during a pandemic is certainly not easy, but Vanessa helped us through every step of the process, most of it virtually.From our very first meeting, we felt that she instantly understood our vibe and our concept, and she worked tirelessly to bring it to life: Chasing after non-responsive vendors, adapting to COVID shutdowns, making helpful suggestions when we needed them, and keeping us on track and (mostly) sane throughout. Despite a packed schedule and many commitments, Vanessa always made time for us when we needed her, jumped in to help whenever we hit a planning roadblock, and was our cheerleader, spreadsheet manager, advice giver, and reality check throughout. Her vendor suggestions were excellent and within our budget, and she is transparent about pricing and doesn't work on commission. We had a lot of unique and custom requests and ideas, and she worked with our selected vendors and happily followed our lead on anything we requested.On the day of the wedding itself, she and her team arrived onsite early and took charge of EVERYTHING -- room setup, vendor and delivery management, timing, cues, you name it. We could completely relax and let go of everything, knowing she and her wonderful coordinators Shane and Clara had everything under control. All the details were taken care of, from moving the cocktail hour indoors when the cold weather thwarted our outdoor plans, to hand-lettering our chalkboard signs, to even fixing a groomsman's shoe when it imploded! We were able to just dance and mingle and enjoy ourselves because we didn't have to worry about anything. It was such a joy.We had the best day ever, so thank you Vanessa for making it happen. Hire her hire her hire her!

We have worked with Vanessa more times than I can remember over the years, and every single time, she comes to the table prepared, organized, and razor-focused on client satisfaction. One of the best in the city, likely even in the country.

Vanessa was extraordinary in helping us plan our wedding. Such a fun person to work with, very organised and filled with great ideas! Vanessa helped us plan out our wedding and was there on the day of to facilitate and be sure everything went smoothly. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. We wanted a somewhat nontraditional wedding - she was flexible and helped us execute it flawlessly. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect wedding. It was EXACTLY what we hoped for.

I was one of many members of a committee that ran an event for a non-profit. We did not have a huge budget to hire an event planner, and we had had mixed results in the past with others. This year we settled upon Vanessa, and based on her (low) fee, I was not expecting her to be that involved.All I can say is WOW. Her commitment, professionalism, follow-up, and attention to detail were all that anyone could ask for. Most important, though, she was always a pleasure to deal with, very positive, with the can-do attitude to match. I recommend her without hesitation, and I don't say that about many people.

Vanessa is simply the best. She was so amazing to work with as my wife and I were planning our wedding.
