Very friendly and helpful when I rented car hauler

Went through an ordeal, in Blenheim. But during after hours Richard and his daughter went above and beyond their expected level of service and provided we with the correct equipment to make the long trip to pick up my Harley. Richard himself demanded to do all connect and disconnect. He is also the first I have dealt with who actually wouldn’t let me leave his compound without a thorough inspection of the trailer, tires and everything making it a safe and carefree experience. All in a fraction of the time I had to endure in Blenheim. As a side note his family welcomed me and actually have an innate ability to make me feel like family.Thank you very much Richard.True that some of the shortest business relations can turn into lasting relations

Scammers! Their system was down so they overcharged my credit card (not a hold).,, stating the difference would be refunded when I returned the truck.I picked the truck up with only 1/4 tank of gas and returned it at the exact same level...They adjusted the charge per kilometer much higher, and charged me over $60 gas fee,,, just to make the invoice balance out. - so that my deposit did not have to be refunded.Ripped off for almost $100 (30% higher than it should have been). Beware of this location!!!!! Shady AFTHEY RAISED THE PRICE ANOTHER 50$ AFTER READING THIS REVIEW AND IMMEDIATELY SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and problem free = exceptional. Can't expect anything better. Rented a trailer, all my questions were answered definitively, all my concerns were addressed and the staff were welcoming.

Well not only were the people that run the place very honest and good to me I had found somebody's wallet at the storage place where I was in Chatham and they took it over to him for I gave him some gas money just to help them out but they were nice enough to at least deliver the wallet back to the rightful person that owned it along with all its contents including cash

This is the best place to rent a truck, van, pickup or trailer from. The girls in the office are very friendly and easy to deal with. Jacklyn and Kaitlynn will do whatever it takes to make you happy with your rental or the service you receive.

Richard even drove in town when they weren’t open to rent me a trailer! Unbelievable customer service, was not expecting that. Have used them at least a half a dozen times and every single time is more then satisfactorily.

Went here to rent a U-Haul for my F license. They were understanding of my need for a semi annual sticker and accommodating. Seems family run and the staff are all very polite.
