My sons phone was stolen. Tiffinie was so kind and helpful. Answered my million questions, helped me to get a new Sim, a new phone that was best suited for our budget and needs. She gave me peace of mind knowing the old Sim card would be deactivated and also gave me the imei number to have my stolen phone blacklisted so whomever stole it won't be able to use it. Her knowledge and kindness during what was a stressful time gave us the assurance we needed. Her male colleague working with her tonight was very knowledgeable and an amazing team worker. They worked well together providing us exceptional top of the line service.
