I’ve always had amazing experiences with Vision! I live in Kingston so I usually shop online. If I send an email with a question about an item the staff always reply in a timely manner.Owen also repaired my rubber reins for me and he did a fabulous job!

Excellent personalized service ! I went with my daughter to purchase a saddle and we were very impressed with the time the staff took to explain everything and answer our questions. We were grateful to take the saddle for a trial before we committed to a purchase. After which, we were able to book with their staff for a fitting at our barn. we I would highly recommend!

Don’t shop here. I had a terrible experience with a gift for a friend they wouldn’t exchange sizes but only after they checked stock. They accused her of trying to return dirty items and when I complained because I spent good money with the understanding she could exchange them, they sent a very snide response accusing her of lying, suggesting I had gifted them dirty, and refusing to assist us. The tone of their response was accusatory and condescending. There are lots of tack stores out there. Support a different small business and save yourself a headache.

Bought an item some supplements they sold it to me charged my credit card then following day emailed me back saying they did not have the item. Then did not give me a full refund kept tax’s a shipping. I understand loosing the shipping if I don’t like the item a sent it back. But they didn’t even ship anything. It was 17.00 for what? That’s wrong.

Recently bought my daughter stirrups (MDC S classic). She loves them. Compared to her previous school stirrups, she reports her foot has a lot more grip, her heels are down and toes point forward with less effort, and her lower leg is more stable.The service was great: I ordered them online and they were delivered within 2 days.We also got a quarter sheet, but the weather's been warm and we haven't used it yet. Service was very quick there as well.

I made my first online order after reading the reviews which looked very positive. However, what I have experienced with Vision Saddlery is nothing but a terrible experience.Their customer service Simple IGNORE my emails, never reply, and when I try calling they say someone will get back to me, which obviously NEVER happens. (It’s been 1 week so far since I started trying to return a $600 online order).There are hundreds of other options out there so I recommend you all to AVOID this place if you can.

Visions is my go to place for show gear and high quality tack. For the hunter/ Jumper crowd it’s a one stop place to be show ready. Owen is very knowledgeable with tack fit, and has been very accommodating several times in fitting/adjustments to my saddle. All staff members I’ve met have always been friendly and helpful!
