Nike Factory Store

Went into Nike today June 21st asked the person working there( Aneya) to retrieve 3 tennis from the back for us only to have him come back and ask us “are we buying them” I responded yes he then said “he’ll have to take them to the register to avoid them being stolen!! I was like what!!! This is the height of discrimination! I never knew Canada or stores to be racial but I experienced it today in Nike. As much as I come here!!! Wow is all I can say!! All the customers were looking like wow and shaking their head in disbelief! Can’t believe this happened to us today

Oh just love this store! Always find great deals! This time came out with 4 pairs of shoes! Totally worth the drive to Niagara region to do some good shopping! The Outlet is a fantastic, clean, safe and welcoming place to shop! Enjoy!

I love the place. My son loves the clothing. Staff are young and nice but had a horrible experience with a guy that called himself a manager. I went to see him for return. He made fun of us, laughed at our face, refused to give his name, made sure he stands and watch my son and i shopp. I have already contacted the corporate but really sad. If he is a manager, he is working with all those young people and what kind of example is he setting for them?

Nice selection and some decent prices. Busy and not staffed appropriately for the volume of customers. As a result, inside would best be described as unorganized and chaotic. If you're willing to wait in a long line and search hard for your size, you could snag a deal.

Shoes are good, but one staff was extremely rude. She was also a Filipino, I asked to see a specific size and she complained to me she had to get a ladder to get that size, saying it's a tough process for her. She asked if I was SURE to get that shoe as it was not on sale, asked me a couple of times how sure am I if I was going to take it. I have never met a Nike staff that condescending and rude. In the end she said the size I needed wasn't in stock and if I had looked better" I would've found such size in the women section."

Had a great experience coming into the store today very friendly and warm staff that make it a great experience when I went and Nolan was very helpful and went above and beyond!

Good selection of shoes. They have newer styles available here as compared to Vaughan Nike Outlet and Toronto Premium Outlets. If you are looking for a size and you ask one staff member and they tell you they don't have it, go ask another staff member (preferably one with a scanner) because we have had several instances (in a few Nike Factory/Clearance Outlets) where one staff member said they didn't have the size, only to have another staff member find the size. It gets busier here on the weekend as the day goes on. We arrived at 10:20am on Saturday March 20th and ended up 9th and 10th in line in the FIRST line. Within 10-15 minutes there was literally over 100 people in 4 separate lines. By 1:00pm there could be over 200 people.Lines get very messy BEFORE opening. BEWARE.- First line is the line (when facing the store) on the left hand side along the store front glasss.- Second line is the line (when facing the store) on the right hand side along the store front glass.- Third line is the line (when facing the store) in the middle of the mall which parallels the first line.- Fourth line is the line (when facing the store) in the middle of the mall which parallels the second line. There are no signs to tell you this! The Regulars just know!!Ladies tank tops quite pricey. I saw the exact same styles at Dixie Outlet Mall - Nike Clearance Center for $14.99 or less.Worth the drive for us. The outlet itself has other great stores.

This is a great store to get discounted but still exceptional quality shoes! Instead of the $100+ you'd normally pay for most Nike shoes, almost all the shoes on the back wall are $80 or less. Next time we go we'll be sure to get there at 11 when they open! Covid line can take a while.
