Definitely the best pre-vacation pedicure and nail art I’ve ever experienced!!! Thank you Ken for the pedicure, Brian for the nail art and the reception gal for helping with my colour choices. Best place in town. I drive all the way from Orleans to hunt club to get their service. Nicest people you can ever encounter and extremely professional. Would never go anywhere else. Not sure about the bad reviews but there’s always 3 sides to every story. I have personally witnessed unreasonable clients while sitting in my chair. Keep up the great work. You guys are the best!!!! 5+ stars!!!!

My favorite manicure place in Ottawa based on 1+ year experience. The technicians are kind and patient and they dont grow impatient when you need time to decide on a colour or design. Quality is top notch and they never make you wait.

Got my nails done by Abby, she was very sweet and meticulous. She did exactly like the picture I showed her. Only thing I wish I knew before going there: They only take cash, debit or Visa (and they charge you less if you pay cash).

Best place for a dip manicure by far!I had a bad experience with dip at a different salon and didn't think it would be better than shellac. Phoenix was recommended by a friend and I've been coming ever since. I've had dip done by multiple technicians and I've had a fantastic experience each time.My nails routinely last at least two and a half weeks if not three or more (though they recommend not going longer than three weeks). Lots of colour choices. I don't get designs done but I see other people getting them done all the time and they look great. Easy to book online or via phone. I highly recommend them!
