Great place with decent food. If you're looking for a lively place with loud music this is your place.Salmon comes with picked veggies so it's not a hot/warm dish. Cold salmon doesn't taste good, at least to me. Calamari was good. Overall, decent place in downtown Vancouver.

Elevated and sophisticated largely Asian-inspired pub fare with an emphasis on seafood is served in a large open space inside the Marine Building. If you've ever wanted to share happy hour drinks inside the Baxter Building from the Fantastic Four movies, this is your chance! The beer list is filled with BC craft and they've got an impressive whisky selection to go along with it. Cocktails are well made, and the service is friendly and attentive.Oh, and they have a replica baby whale skeleton hanging from the ceiling. That's different.

Stopped by for happy hour. Irish hot chocolate certainly had a kicked. Nice crisp, fresh pinot grigio. Prawn taco was delcious, just a little lacking on the prawns though. We will be back to try some more dishes.

Really nice atmosphere, friendly staff, great beer and food. The Salmon and quinoa bowl I had was absolutely delicious, fresh, tasty and left me wanting more. Thoroughly recommended, I will be back!

I ordered the spicy fried chicken, shrimp tacos, and tuna melt sandwich with broccolini. The tacos were my favorite. There was a lot of shrimp filling and a generous portion of guacamole underneath. The dishes were flavorful and simple. It is a great place to socialize and drink.

The team at Brass Fish Tavern was incredibly professional and accommodating. We held a reception welcome dinner for our wedding guests there, and the atmosphere was perfect. The drinks and food options were great, and the staff was helpful with selecting options and navigating dietary restrictions. Highly recommend!

A busy spot for happy hour after work in the downtown core of Vancouver. The interior is quite beautiful, and a large whale skeleton greets you on your way in.The happy hour menu is extensive and the food is tasty, though a lot of things are loaded with cheese (good or bad depending on your taste).Drinks are well made, and it’s a very unassuming spot so come in for a casual bite or drink with your coworkers and enjoy some sports or banter.

Nice place to have drinks. Food wasnt bad. Had the salmon quinoa bowl. Some parts were flavourful and parts were bland.

Atmosphere was lovely, service was absolutely fantastic (shout-out to our server for being patient, informative & accommodating regarding my sister’s allergy) and drinks were also delicious, probably the best gin and tonic I’ve had. This was enough to carry the review but sadly the food was so disappointing, the cumin crusted salmon was the better of the two but was all over the place with hot and cold additions, though the paella risotto was the blandest meal I ever had. Presentation was great but I had to add sriracha and salt to even touch risotto portion (& I never add salt to food when I’m out :/ )Overall I’d come back for the drinks, appies, & atmosphere but probably not entrees
