Called on Thursday morning to inquire about having the roof inspected and repaired as we had water coming down into our basement from the hot water tank exhaust vent. Dallas was great on the phone and offered to have a crew come out the same afternoon. After speaking with another roofing company prior to contacting Albatross, these guys were the real deal! The other company had told me no one could come out until fall which doesn’t do any good for a roof leak that’s happening now! Dallas had the crew out on Thursday afternoon same day of the call! Erik showed up and reviewed the issues happening on-site. I asked him to review the entire roof system and all vents and the side fascia. He was very honest and found the problem with the exhaust vent immediately and noted several other issues he saw on site which could lead to future problems (unsealed nails and screws, loose flashings etc.). I want to stop and mention that it was pouring rain outside and lightening / thunder booming overhead as he did this inspection on the roof!! He provided a temporary repair to seal the vent until a formal repair could be completed. I asked for an estimate and was going to be provided one over email. I figured I would be waiting a week or two for an estimate and repair. To my surprise Erik was calling me at 7:45am on Friday morning to come do the work!!!! I never received an estimate and he had Dallas immediately call me and discuss the very very fair pricing for the scope of work. Erik showed up ready with the materials to complete the repair on Friday morning (day after the temporary repair and inspection). This company really cares about their clients and definitely knows that roof leaks are not something that can wait! The explanation and the repairs completed were fantastic. Erik and his associate were very knowledgeable and their craftsmanship is superior. I have posted some photos below of the aftermath! The bill also didn’t break my bank account which was nice considering this was an unexpected expense out of pocket! I highly recommend you call Albatross for all of your roofing and flashing needs!!! One happy customer here! Kudos guys!!!

I was familiar with Albatross, but wanted to get a few quotes for comparison. After numerous inquiries, Albatross was the first to respond, with professional quotes, and ended up being the best rates. While largely booked up, they were able to shuffle some scheduling in my end of the city - so they got there in very good time that week, and did a great job on a difficult roof (very steep pitch) in less than perfect weather. I was thrilled when the invoice came in less than was even quoted… AND the job was done in less time than expected. I would not hesitate to use Albatross again and refer to anybody.

We had a big project completed by Albatross last summer. The crews that worked on our property were all amazing. Arrived on time and put in a solid day’s work every day. They were also very conscientious to all aspects of safety. The property was always left clean at the end of the day. Great suggestions were given to us as far as placement of the stonework around the front of the house. Very pleased! This winter when it was extremely cold we were faced with a ventilation issue so had water inside. A call to Albatross was made and unfortunately the first response was denial that it was any of their work. Would have left a better impression if they would have offered to come out, take a look and offer a resolution.

We had used Albatross Roofing to install our new roof and they were quick and efficient and provided quality work. The crew had cleaned up nicely when they left as if they weren't here. The owner and staff were very friendly and communicated throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend them.

From the start of our contract to the finish was very pleasant. Emails were sent to keep us in the loop and up to date. The team was very friendly, efficient and clean. They were not bothered by our annoying dog and we’re done in good time as well. I would and did highly recommend them to anyone looking for new shingles on their roof. Their prices were well matched, even better than some in the community.

We recently moved into our new home, only to discover the roof was leaking as soon as the snow started to melt. Albatross did an amazing job, they came during the warmest day of the week and patched the roof up so quickly! They were knowledgeable and chatted with us about what they were doing throughout the day. Also, our dog loved them!

Dallas has always been great to talk with, has provided solutions and is competitive with his pricing. His crews show up on time and our sites are cleaned upon completion. We recently purchased our home and we are just in our first winter. We have an attached sunroom that started leaking during the winter. We contacted another company who came out and gave us a quote that was way outside our budget. We had just recently purchased a new furnace and that quote was way above even that. We decided to try another company and see what they said. Dallas came out the next day and his quote was significantly less than the previous company. We decided to go with Albatross roofing initially to save some money. We were blown away with how helpful and honest the crew was. Once they arrived to do the work they actually discovered the real issue with the roof and it had nothing to do with what the first company had said. They fixed that issue along with repairing the roof and they even kept the quote the same! If we had gone with that first company we would have spent thousands of more dollars and that wouldn't have even fixed the real issue. I can't praise this company enough and I look forward to having them over in the springtime to do a full roof inspection!

From the start, I found these folks to be very professional and easy to work with.They were quick to get me, what I found to be a very reasonable quote. Once that was out of the way, they got to my roof quickly and did a great job. Didn't tie up my yard for long and left without leaving any mess at all. I would highly recommend these people, and would use them again should I need to!
