Fixed a stone chip with a 1 inch crack without replacing my window yesterday. Everyone else I called said they couldn't do it. From the initial phone call to the completed job they provided exceptional service. Honest, reliable, and will save you a lot of money. They even billed my insurance directly without me having to open my wallet. I would hands down refer these guys to anyone needing a windshield replacement or repairs.

Excellent customer service, which is hard to find these days! It was also good to learn they use special tools to remove your windshield without scratching the paint under the urethane. I am a very happy customer and Precision Auto Glass is highly recommended!

Professional, reliable and amazingly convenient service!!Last week, our windshield needed to be fixed as a rock hit and cracked it. Precision Auto Glass were highly recommended to us. We now know why!!1-They were extremely professional and patient. We made the mistake of having them order the wrong windshield. We felt really bad about the situation however, they were really cool and professional about the whole situation and they even recommended that we get the damaged area filled instead of replacing the whole windshield.2-They came directly to us which was a bonus.3-And, they are extremely nice guys!We really appreciated the whole experience and are very happy with the result!Thank you again! We will definitely highly recommend your services!

Marty is WONDERFUL! He replaced our windshield last year and did a beautiful job. The other day, he came to us and fixed a ding in that new windshield, a ding cause by a rock in a construction area. He has arrested the spread of the ding and now it hardly shows at all. Thank you SO much!

I didn't shop much and used Precision based on the reviews and that was a good call. The impact was of marginal size and Precision offered to attempt a repair: if it worked it's cheaper, if it didn't they wouldn't charge more for the replacement. It didn't work and Precision took care of calling the dealer to schedule a replacement and recalibration of the windshield radar. I paid the deductible to Precision and they took care of everything else. The techs were knowledgeable and very friendly. Thank you!

I'm thrilled with my new windshield! The gentlemen were on time, professional, efficient and meticulous with the windshield replacement. They paid attention to detail and it was quite evident that they were experts at what they do. The best part was that I didn't have to leave home to have it done . I highly recommend Precision Auto Glass for their price that beats the dealership and for their exceptional service .I will definitely be referring friends when they need the service.

I got a stone chip on Friday Feb 3, 2017 @3:20pm, called them up and they were able to fit me in right away. They came over to my house to fix the windshield at 4:20pm and done by 5:00pm. Service was fantastic, I will definitely tell my friends of this company.

From first contact to service delivery and follow-up - cannot say enough about Marty and his team! Efficient, professional, capable and knowledgeable - old fashioned customer service with top notch quality.. I knew so little about this process - Marty explained it all and his team promptly replaced my windshield - they dealt with the insurance folks and followed up within a day. WOW! We need more business of this calibre! Well done!
