I didn't know what to expect but cookie grams Toronto is amazing!!! They used my exact instructions and got my cookie to my friend right on time for her birthday! The cookie looked (and tasted) amazing and it was such a special and unique gift.

The product was exceptionally delicious and fresh!! The personal design was very well done and exactly as requested. The customer service representative was very polite and helpful...even the delivery man was a delight! My experience with Cookie Grams was very positive and I would highly recommend them if you're looking to surprise someone with something fresh and unique.

I have been using cookie grams for many years, and they never disappoint. The cookies are ALWAYS fresh, and always delicious. I've sent these to family, friends, and colleagues and each recipient have always raved about them!I did like the old school printed message on the giant cookies, as opposed to the new printed design - but, for me its about quality and they are fantastic!!I've never had an issue with shipping, dates, or customer service.

I ordered a CookieGram well in advance of the delivery date.Not only did they deliver 5hrs late, but the office had to stay open longer to wait for the delivery. The CookieGram was supposed to be delivered by noon, it was deliver after 5pm. I was so embarrassed ! There was absolutely NO response to my emails or telephone calls !I am disgusted with this company.

they took my wifes money, and did not deliver on the date requested. My wife ordered on Saturday and the date was available for selection for delivery Monday, they charged her 68.00 and only when she reached out was she told delivery would not be until Tuesday which defeated the purpose as the birthday was today, very unprofessional contact! when she showed her disappoitment the owner said she would do it only if she paid an extra 45.00 on top of the already 68.00 charged, my wife agreed and the owner turned around and said NO and THEN proceeded to send my wife an email stating that they will not refund her hard earned money they are keeping it!!! FOR WHAT EXACTLY what service was rendered?? nothing as they did not deliver not did they even make the COOKIE, shame on this company for stealing peoples money and they refuse to refund her!! BUYERS beware, we will be contacting the better business bureau so they do not do this to other people

Love the cookies here. Ordered a few times but chose to pickup the orders as I was going to several parties. Great for gifts. Pickup was simple and efficient.

I received a promotional email for $5 off a Christmas tree cookie cake and found it impossible to order a cake and use this discount. To start off the website looks like a five year old put it together. It is not easy to navigate and does not even offer a damn Christmas tree option. I went ahead and placed an order only to receive an email confirming my two-day shipping --- I did NOT elect $37.75 for two day shipping. After clearing up this issue, I was inundated with emails regarding mistakes the company made with my online order. It ended up taking me hours to get the order corrected at which point I canceled everything because the process was so infuriating. Upon canceling my order a customer service rep called my house and arrogantly explained that the mistakes were not his fault because the website was created in the 80s - REALLY!?!?!?! I do not recommend ordering from this company, it is a tedious and frustrating process!

They took my money and then did not even call me to say they wont deliver it! I had to call in and the woman stated that I should have received an email stating that it would not be delivered until the next day in which defeated the purpose as it was my husbands birthday. The woman was RUDE and hung up on me and will not answer my call so basically they stole my money! they sent me an email stating that they will not refund my money!!! what service was done for them to steal my money!! i work for my money they did nothing except cancel my order so warrants them to keep 68.00 of someones hard earned money do you not have a family and children? would you like it if this was done to a member of your family! your a thief! and the message reply was a farse you are not sorry! you STOLE my money!! and the better business bureau will hear about you theifs! as well as social media and local news will hear about this!

I placed an order last week for delivery today. It was straight forward enough to place on the website, although outdated as previous customers have stated. I'd never placed an order on this site and was confused by the wording of the shipping details so I called to confirm that I'd placed it within the appropriate window to have it delivered on the day that I wanted. The phone was answered by a very rude and aggressive man. He was very short with me and even went so far as to confirm whether I really wanted the plain and UGLY design" I had picked (his words).
