Avoid this company! They say they do not sell exclusive but they will cancel your order & account and not tell you. They side with a store that ships everywhere, who has a bigger account, has been in business for 45 yrs but tries to put the new store in town out of business. Panam does not support small start up business, do not return calls, opens up accounts, ships to you let’s you do your first order then cancels and freezes account. It is sad that a Canadian company does not support new retail stores, especially during a supply chain issues and the pandemic that has hurt brick and mortar stores. The owner made this decision, very sad!
