Dr. Bhangav was overwhelmingly helpful as well as knowledgeable. She helped get me an MRI very quickly. She walked me through the issues I was facing and helped me understand how to deal with them.

Tried to make an appointment, took about a month for them to call me to make the appointment. I was told I can call 24 hours before if I need to cancel. I had a family emergency come up so I called 28 hours before my appointment. No one answered so I left a message. I got a call on Tuesday (the day after my appointment) from my doctor's office saying the Neurology office wants me to call them. I called and was told I need to call the next day as the receptionist I need to speak with wasn't there. I called back and was told I owed $300!?!?! Because of my no show... So I explained I did call 28 hours before my appointment like I was told to do. She said unfortunately their office isn't staffed on the weekend so no one got my message. How is this my fault!? I did what I was told to do! Now I still wake up with numb hands every morning and struggle to pick up my baby but, I can't see a specialist until I pay them $300.
