Lots of variety and very helpful staff!

Fantastic little store for Chinese cutlery and cookware. Tiny place, stacked full of excellent products. Came in looking for a slicing cleaver, and was immediately shown a great selection of CCK knives. I hear this is the only physical location for this maker outside of Hong Kong. Service was quick and friendly and I love my knife.

Great selection of knives

I always shop at this store,this time there was a guy around mid forties,not pleasant at all,very rude.I bought 2 bamboo steamer,while I was finishing to pay, my daughter who is a chef noticed a sieve that she was looking for,but already bought one just before we came to this store.She said too bad she already bought one,but she liked that one better,so she put it back.The Chinese guy looking at us,said rudely,(did you put it back),we were both stunned by the rudeness ,he thought that we had stole the sieve,honestly we didn’t realized what was going on,my daughter innocently replied what!,,He said the sieve,did you put in back,I was fuming,open my plastic bag with the 2bamboo steamer,he got the nerve to look inside to make sure that we didn’t take it,so my daughter pointed at the sieve,and said,you mean this,here it is,I left the store cursing him and promised to myself that I will never come back to this store never again.What a rude guy accusing people,my daughter said it was not necessary to yell at him,which I wanted to do.So people ,there are so many Chinese kitchen store to go,for example on in Scraborough,very nice guy,so patient,very pleasant.

Love this place, my two cleavers are my go to workhorses. with my big hands I prefer them over smaller Japanese knives.
