I had to hire a collection agency on this business. Highly avoid doing business with these people. Slow at payment. We have a receivables debt with business over $14,500.00. Had they not made the promises, they broke. I would have liened the projects we did our electrical installs on. Beware of hiring these guys or working for them. I recommend doing a credit check with a local debit collector prior to doing any business with these guys.The last I spoke with them... I was told we would be paid once they sale a truck.

My wife and I recently had D&M Contracting build us a deck and we couldn't be more impressed with their service. After reaching out, Michael promptly scheduled a time to build us a quote and once agreeing on a plan, quickly fit us into their busy schedule.What really showed their professionalism was when I addressed a concern about the deck. I contacted D&M Contracting through Facebook and was told they were able to start the job immediately and quoted me the cost per hour but would need to see the project in person or photos.After seeing the projects, Michael stated he would have a quote for materials that evening. I followed up and he started he got busy and would have it the next day. I never did hear back.After reviewing the Google reviews, looks like this is the norm. Steer clear and don’t waste your time.

A while back a family member recommended D&M Contracting to me when another contractor was causing my clients difficulties... and the rest is history. I know this company well. They respond promptly, have reasonable pricing, and they do exceptional work with seemingly corporate professionalism. The owners are friendly, but also realistic and their employees are very hard workers. I recommend this company first every time I hear the word “renovation”.

I found D & M Contracting through BNI (Sherwood Park) and contacted Michael for a quote on a small renovation. His work was outstanding. He was always on time and on budget. He really went above & beyond. I just can't speak highly enough about his work and how great it was to work with him.
