Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

Walked in and asked if I could get a cut right away. I was told yes, 2 patrons were getting a cut and within a few minutes one was done, paid and left. The stylist working on that patron went and assisted the other stylist while I waited another 5 minutes with 2 stylists working on one patron. After a few more minutes I just left. They phoned me a half hr later saying they could get me in now. That's what they meant by right away...45 minutes right away

I think there’s new management. They do not text or call you anymore. They just have someone else take your spot if you’re not their exact time. I was there 2 minutes after I pre booked. They let someone else go without a call or anything, and the manager just made excuses about it rather wanting to call people, or text them like they used to. She just said it is what it is Basically. I had to wait 20 minutes just because they did not want to wait a few minutes. Just so inconvenient. They offered a free service but that’s not a solution. A solution is caring about people’s schedules and bookings. Every other hair salon or massage, eye brow, spa etc will give at least 5 minutes or try to contact prior. I am going elsewhere now. I just hope this helps them for future customers.

This is a great barber shop. I take my son there and they are amazing to him. They pre tend to shave him, give him some masculine smelling products and tell him how great he smells and looks. It is the extra mile stuff that counts and makes it special for him.

Worst customers service I ever seen. I successfully checked In online and it was showing 8 minutes waiting time but once I get there they said they don’t even seen any check In. I have to wait 1 hour to get haircut. I never suggest anyone to go there….

A friend told me he uses Tommy Gun's and I thought I would give it a try. It was a wonderful experience! From the large entrance, sitting area full of space and light, complimentary beverages to Nicole's fantastic work on my hair! I haven't been this pleased with a haircut in years and definitely will be returning!

Friendly, efficient service in a very comfortable and well-equipped styling station. Capable, courteous and engaging stylist made the whole session a real pleasure.

Past experience is really great but straight disappointed today due to really bad customer service. Check in at 1215ish, aware theres is a 2 hour wait, came back at 1410, guy customer service told me that wait time is 30 min. Decided to sat down and wait for 15 min. The guy customer service ask for my name and told me that i have to wait for another hour… which i have decided to cancel it because who know Il have to wait another hour again for just a haircut…. Great barbers you got there, but the guy customer service just didnt seem to care at all cause probably he thinks that there will be always a new customer even if I left the store.

Helen is an amazing Batber. Always a pleasure to speak to and attention to detail is amazing. Keep going back time after time..Strongly recommend.

I have been there twice now but both times they couldn’t manage to cut my hair even. After I went home and washed my hair and blow dried I realized a bunch of uneven spots. Unfortunately it is hard to find good hairdresser these days and in the future I will let my wife do my hair because even without training she is doing a better man’s haircut than the girls there. One good thing though is that they are all nice and you get a nice hair wash. Other than that unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend that business.
