Be prepared for an absolute shyt show with this monopoly utility supplier. They tried charging us $1800, two years' worth of usage when we moved and lied about actually reading the meter. The new owner and I submitted the true reading and they finally admitted that they actually owe me an amount.

I'm trying to make a payment but the account numbers are different and I want to change it at my bank. I tried to log into my account and it says its LOCKED. It said that I will received an email to unlock it, but no email. I called the number, but it's only an automated computer rep. Can't speak to a human being and get some answers. This is terrible customer service. How can I get my account unlocked, and why was it locked up in the first place. I would like to pay my bill, but I want it to go to the right account number.

I have attempted to pay my bill online multiple times with no success. Calling Enbridge gas will lead you through endless menus which will take several minutes to navigate before you can even find the option for customer service. I've been on hold with them for nearly half an hour.

Non existent customer service. Whenever I call I have to wait 30 mins. I am not receiving any bills for my new account because they mixed up my meter with other tenant. I am not sure if its my responsibility to get this resolved. zero help.*** EDIT ***Now giving 4 star as they resolved my issue today.

Wish you could come up with a better bill to understand and why every time you have to sign it never works, maybe team up with alectra hydro and see how there bills are wrote. What you block the message.

Online account was locked out. Tried to use their password reset tool, but never received email/sms verification code. Tried to find their Customer Service support number, couldn't find it on their web site. Online support sends you in circles. Horrible user experience.

Our bills we’re outrageously high, when we called asking about it they told us they had accidentally been reading the meter wrong for four months, they then proceeded to take 2.5 months to give us a refund. They gave no information about the refund process and we had to deal with their bottom of the barrel customer service just to receive a refund. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

Poor communication and no competitors keeping them honest & fair. Using the monthly payment plan only ends up with them raising your rates at the end of the year to zero out your balance; should have known credits to the account were too good to be true.

Enbridge did an incredibly poor job in their letter about gas meter replacements making it clear on what would be done (all gas appliances inspected, tagged and possibly shut off) and failed to state that someone needed to be home for access. There was one small sentence in the letter. Appliances tagged and shut off (including our gas fireplace which is our primary source of heat... fortunately we will be able to lean on the electric baseboards, but very disappointed

Enbridge was supposed to come to our company to repair a battery issue with our metre. They never bothered to come and keep estimating our usage. Phoning them just keeps you on hold for at least 30 minutes each time. I got an appointment booked, and they didn't show up. I got through to someone and it was a computer issue that didn't schedule it (even though we received an email confirmation). I'm still waiting for someone to show up.
