Our large strata complex has just started working with Select Realty Strata Management and the energy and enthusiasm of their management team has already been very impressive. Scott Davidson and his team bring with them the latest technology and have proven to be knowledgeable, experienced and very hard working. It will be a pleasure and extremely worthwhile working with a team of competent professionals. I feel all owners/ residents will soon come to see this is the right company to provide strong support for our complex going forward.

When my husband and I moved from North Vancouver we were like two fish out of water in Chilliwack and needed help to find a house quickly. We had the pleasure of working with Trish who helped us find a home. Six months later we decided to sell and buy another home. Again with Trish’s expertise it was a smooth transition. She is a lovely person to do business with and she is very reliable, professional, and only has her customer’s best interests in mind. I would highly recommend Trish to anyone who is looking for a great realtor. I know we’ll definitely use her again.

Called to confirm a viewing 3 times and told everything was set up. The day of the viewing we took time off work to go and then I get a call that the house is not ready for viewings and needs to be cleaned. Very unprofessional staff does not know how to communicate.

My Realtor Trish Taroni was extremely professional and very knowledgable and I would not hesitate to use her again and I would recommend her to anyone. She has over 20 years experience and it shows, her customer service is second to none. I find her very truthful which is refreshing to me.

We were in the Market for a new Strata Management Company to look after our large Strata Corporation. Select fully understood all of our challenges.Although we are still in the early days, the support that the Strata Council has received to date has been amazing! We really feel that Select can help us make a difference to our community and we hope that our owners will soon see that we made a great choice!

I would give this company 0 stars. We dealt with Sean and 2 months later he didn’t rent out the house or the basement suite and told us he’s going to cancel the contract. Save your time and money and choose another company to work with!!

Surprised to read the reviews on file to date. I have had an excellent experience with Elena Morris from Chilliwack's Select Real Estate. Elena was easily accessible, by cell or email, with quick and very professional responses. We discussed the services they offer in detail. Elena ensured that my unit was well-advertised on multiple social media sites. In no time at all my unit was tenanted, with Select overseeing the application process.I feel confident investing in their real estate services.I have been a landlord on and off for roughly 15yrs, self-managing the rental process with tenants. Select does it all for you from the tenant application process, to showings, to regular inspections. I appreciate their flexibility, allowing me to choose how hands on" I want to be as a landlord. It felt very "customized" to meet my specific needs and my financial goals.I am grateful to Elena for her attentiveness and commitment; the end result has been positive.Thanks Elena!"

The absolute worst rental agency ever. If you want landlords constantly disrupting your privacy, rent from Select! Happy to invalidate any claims from them, with relevant info. They have let their tenants live with BLACK MOLD in their units on Lewis Avenue for years. They never put in ventilation for the upstairs bathroom. It was a week in remediation for me, along with repeated notices to enter my property over a two week period with zero timeline. The workers and the property management company had obviously not communicated. Black mold grows at an exponential rate. They tried to hide their misstep on not doing proper ventilation to ANY unit. I had to ask a worker when I heard scraping during their hours.. for FOUR HOURS.The ventilating still isn’t fixed. This company will try to evict you for a piece of dirt on the ground; but they’ll never accommodate any issues you have in the house.PM for proof. I have 3 years of it.

The agent cancelled without informing me. The person we contacted said the appointment had been tentative". Well they did not tell ME that. So my friend and I drove FORTY MINUTES to Agassiz to see this place
