Clinique Médicale Symbiose

The worst inhumane doctor in this clinic was Dr. Farida Turquie. She is not bilingual, no knowledge, very sad that I had to encounter this doctor in my life. Thank God I changed her after my constant struggle with this doctor. She charged me extra just to punish me because she was not treating my problem. I curse this woman from my heart she is not a woman at all and forget that she is a doctor. There are lot of bad reviews in ratemeds.com about her.

Booked an appointment with Bonjour-Santé for the following day's early morning.Arrived on time and had almost no wait time at the clinic.Dr. Khanassov was very kind and professional.Highly recommend!

Upon arriving the front desk clerks were attentive and helpful. Waited less than 5 min to see a Dr., whom was polite receptive and explained everything well. I recommend this clinic 100%

Honestly, I was super impressed with my experience at this clinic. The receptionists were very kind and polite. The wait time was nothing terrible. I was in and out within one hour. The doctor was really nice and helpful.I paid 20$ on bonjour sante to get a next day appointment. I booked with my family doctor at the beginning of February, and can only see her mid May. I could no longer wait to see a doctor. Very clean and efficient clinic. I would definitely go back and recommend this walk-in to others.

I got the appointment 24hrs before through Bonjour Santé. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Ten minutes after my arrival, I was seen by Dr Khanassov who was great. He really took the time to hear my concerns, do a physical exam and explain all the next steps for my treatment. A 5-star experience all around.

This clinic seems to be CLOSED and nobody advised Google, neither their website. I tried to get an appointment since 2 weeks to diagnose an eventual pneumonia, left 4 messages on the phone and wrote 1 email. No answer. I finally showed up at the address and it's CLOSE. No lights, nobody inside, no schedule sign on the door.

My first visit here was rushed but it went reasonably well. The doctor said to follow up by email if I had any questions, and I did have a question but they didn't respond to my email. I followed up three times over six weeks and no response by email and nobody answered the phone.Now when I'm trying to book another appointment to renew my prescriptions they haven't answered their phone. Booking on Bonjour Santé never shows any appointments, and when I go in person to make an appointment the receptionists say they can't book anything themselves and I just have to go to Bonjour Santé, which never works. No other explanation from them, she just insisted on repeating Bonjour Santé" to every attempt I made at getting clarification."

The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because you are not told in advance that there is a charge when you perform urine culture test and only find out when you are actually there at the clinic. Other than that, they are super fast, result is there in less than 48 hours. Dr. Khanassov is really knowledgeable and so are the nurses there. It’s private lab so the services are much better than other places, but it would be good if patients are aware before they schedule an appointment.

Went in March 2022 for my shoulder after a fall on ice. Dr V. Khanassov was very efficient (Medical History, Examination, Diagnosis and prescription of Rx, physio and X-Rays) and I highly recommend this professional and Clinique Symbiose, a modern and well kept clinic at the corner of CDN and Ed-Montpetit close to St-Mary's and the JGH. The same doctor promptly phoned me as soon as he received the X-ray report. I could not ask for more.

Got a quick appointment with Bonjour Santé. To my surprise, I was seen by a really sympathetic doctor. Kind, gentle and didn't rush me. Got my copper IUD taken out right away which I was nervous about having to get a referral to a gynaecologist instead. Only waited about 10-15 minutes past my appointment time. I would go here again!
