New storage building. Very clean.

They are second to none.Very please with their understanding and good business folk.

I have just finished my tenancy with Morrisburg self storage as of today.Renting out the unit was easy to do online, we only had a sliding gate when I first rented and now they have one with a pin pad.I made every reasonable effort to keep my unit clean and pristine. They refused to refund my deposit because of a couple stains on the floor. One being potentially from my storage unit neighbour and the other caused by tires. All of my belongings were stored in sealed totes so even if something were to spill it would be contained. I do not believe I was the cause of the one stain. As for the tires, I find this reasonable to store at the unit and should be reasonable to leave a mark. Other than that, unit was pristine and I have photograph proof.So beware current tenants, lay down a rug or some protection or they will refuse to refund your deposit. I can’t say I would recommend storing here, better and cheaper to get heated storage in Ottawa. It’s not worth taking them to small claims to get my deposit back because it’s costs just as much to file.I was hoping for a completely pleasant experience but alas.
