Ordered food, it was all plated out. Went to use my PEN CENTER gift card and was informed they don't accept it. Like hello owner, do you see what location you are at? There's no reason why everyone else can accept gift cards and you can't. What a dumb waste of food.

Their black pepper steak was like mashed beans and tuna.

This might be the worst quality “food” I’ve ever paid for. If you like deep fried sawdust in candy sauce, called “orange chicken” this is the place for you. They can’t even cook the noodles properly. How can you screw up boiled noodles? Avoid it at all costs.

I went to Manchu Wok for lunch and the options were limited. They barely had any noodles and there was no beef or spring rolls. The chicken was decent but I had higher expectations since I’ve had it before from other locations. The portions were smaller than other locations as well. I will not be returning.

Absolutely the worst Chinese ever. Breaded sweet and sour pork. Seriously. I can buy that myself.GROSSE

I order a combo but they gave me only a little box of 4 pieces of chicken for $14. no rice, no vegetables, and I was starving all night. Where are the responsibilities? Will I get half of my money back? Will I get a free meal or will i get nothing from this? DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. IT’S A SCAM

Do not go to this restaurant, you'll be sorry.This restaurant is afraid of feeding their customers, if you see other posts many have said the same thing. They are overly concerned with their own profit and does not take care of their customers, to me, business shouldn't be run this way.In terms of the food quality: The chicken with mushrooms I had was very dry. Even with soft drinks they try to scam customers by placing HALF A CUP of ice rather than the industry standardized of 1/3.Take a look at the receipt to see what I had purchased to feed my 2 year old, 4 year old, my wife and I, we walked away still feeling hungry despite the extra side I had ordered. All in all, this restaurant just lost my family and I as a customer, and if they continue to practice doing business this way, they will not prosper, and they shouldn't.

Good lo mein. I had honey garlic chicken and sweet sour pork and it was good as well.
