My two girls (aged 8 and 11) got their ears pierced here today by Ashley. She did a TERRIFIC job, was so kind and took time to explain everything carefully. Highly recommend!!

I've been to this location twice and both times the customer service was horrendous. I saw the same woman on both occasions and she was rude, unhelpful, and inflexible. She basically wanted me to buy the products she thought matched my skin tone, and would put up a fuss to even let me see any other products or shades than what she deemed appropriate. After a bad first experience and purchase I regretted, I returned to the store for an appointment and again received poor service, long wait times (I had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment and another 5 minutes to pay) and bad attitudes. It's a shame because I genuinely like their products but the sales professional was not generous with showing you the different products. You'll be lucky if you can see more than 2 shades of foundation. Makeup application was done in a rush and they made several of their customers wait a long time with no apology or explanation. They are friendly at the front desk but once you are sitting in a chair they are least bothered about serving you on time and with respect, and generally seemed annoyed with you being there. Would not suggest this location. If you do go here, be very forceful about what you do and do not want to buy or else you'll be leaving unsatisfied.

I definitely agree with horrendous customer service as a previous review mentioned. Even with an appointment, I had to wait 15 mins just for a quick eyebrow wax. It's INCREDIBLY frustrating when you've got a limited amount of time. I was happy with the wax but not the service. As for their products, it's nothing. They don't work. I actually was using their foundation for a long time, and it wasn't until someone pointed out to me how awful it looked on my skin. I've tried their skincare products, and it's a waste of money. They don't make any difference. It's a total waste of money

THE BEST place in Toronto for waxing, makeup and all other facial services!! I’ve been coming here for over 4 years and I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive from Ashley! She is extremely talented at her job and knowledgeable about all of the services and products available at CBV. She consistently puts time and effort to understand my skin and my needs, and always makes sure I leave every appointment looking and feeling amazing! Her attention to detail is impeccable and she makes every experience a great one! Highly recommended on every level!!

Had eye lashes done with Ashley there. Been charged 370$ for natural set with few hybrid set. She did it in 15-25 minutes . Lashes were gledgon few of my lashes..looked very cheap after few days..I was evaluated by other professionals and they said it was terrible job eapeespeci for such a rip off...never going to go there again for sure!! Too expensive for nothing..what a disappointment.

My experience at this CBV location has been phenomenal! I've been to various CBV locations and after going here I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. I am extremely happy with the service that I have received over the years. The women are very friendly, personal and the service is outstanding. I've done microblading, lash lifts and eyebrow waxing here and have recommended various individuals. They truly are the brow experts!

**DO NOT COME HERE, bad customer service/non-existent service, 0 stars if possible**I have been a regular of CBV since 2016, a beauty club member, and frequented other locations for products or services. This CBV is THE WORST with the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced (compared to other CBV and other salons). This review isn't based on one visit, but TWO - the first visit was so awful I couldn't bring myself to go back for a year, the second visit was to pick up a small item recently since it's closer than my home CBV location.On my first visit here, I booked an HD brow appointment booked. Not only was my appointment delayed, I was passed onto another staff member that was in training because the lady I booked with was busy talking to a client she had finished already. What's the point of booking with a specific staff member if you're going to be passed to someone else? On top of this, I waited in the chair for at least 15 minutes til she passed me on. My usual 30 min appointment became well over an hour for HD BROWs (wax/shape, tint, cover up). How?! How does my usual appointment that I fit into my lunch hour now take well beyond an hour? I could have gone to my home location had i known 1) I was going to be passed onto someone else 2) I was going to be passed to someone after sitting there for 15 minutes waiting. No apologies. Brows looked like nothing was done, the tint was nearly non existent. I paid for a brow cleanup masked as an HD Brow appointment; pretty much felt like a bait and switch.Second visit was recent and was to purchase a small black tube of lip balm. I came to the store front and since nobody was at reception, not only was I not acknowledged but ignored. I saw a staff member putting makeup away just behind (not far away at all, no clients elsewhere). I said hello 4-5 times until she DECIDED my existence was worth her time to walk slowly to the front desk to give me a hi". Not only was I talked down to like a child when I asked for their black squeezable tube of lip balm (I forgot the name so described the packaging)

I have been getting my eyelash extensions, eyebrow waxes and eyebrow tints done by Ashley for at least 2 years now, she is the absolute BEST. Not only is she super talented, super nice and visibly does an amazing job on everything (you leave feeling and looking your very best!) but she is also soooo knowledgeable about the products and services offered! Ashley really cares about her clients and wants the very best for them- she would never sell any product or service to you if she didn't honestly believe that you would benefit from it. She works with your budget and makes sure you get bang for your buck! Every time I get my lash extensions done with Ashley I get so many compliments on how good they look. She will do an amazing job whether you ask for a more natural or more dramatic look or anything in between! As for my eyebrow wax, I literally will not let anyone wax my eyebrows but her.. I go out of my way to First Canadian Place so I can go see Ashley (even though there are other Visage locations that are much more convenient for me). Ashley thank you for everything you have done for my face, my skin has never looked better!!!

Nina and Ashley are literally THE BEST. From perfect brows, to make up touch ups, facials to match my complicated skin and makeovers for a night out - they go above and beyond :). Plus they are super cool! Highly recommend.

Came here for the first time today for a quick eyebrow wax in between my meetings. Had my eyebrows done by Ashley, and she did an amazing job. Kept the shape, and did a great job cleaning around my eyebrows. I asked if she could fill them in since my eyebrows are so bare, and she gladly did them. Very nice staff.. I'll definitely be back when I need a quick clean up. :)
