I was very disappointed with the service provided (or not provided) by Reliabuilt.My company had reached out for a quote on a project for a commercial client - we coordinated a meeting to obtain a quote and there were problems from the start. We coordinated to meet on site at 4pm per their request - the Reliabuilt representative called us at 12pm advising that they'd be there at that time instead. In addition to the unexpected change in time for the meeting, the individual was unprepared and advised he'd have to come back to get actual measurements etc. in order to provide a quote. Upon completion of the meeting we were told a quote would be sent off in a few days...we heard nothing. When we reached out we were told that materials would take weeks to order and that's why they didn't supply a quote --we asked if we could get a quote in the meantime, as quickly as possible, we were promised we'd have it by the end of the week...we heard nothing. We called and emailed several times after this point with no response. We emailed the main company email, sharing our disappointment and asking if there was away to resolve the current situation and get our client the quote, no response.All in all very disappointed, we were embarrassed in front of our own client and we will be sure to not recommend utilizing this organization to others in our industry.

The team was excellent in the quotation and in the workmanship. I highly recommend this company as they have great attention to detail!!!

Henry Fletcher-Wilson is about as ignorant as they come. Very rude and disrespectful. Lies through his teeth and cheats his way through life and business. I highly recommend avoiding him and his business.

The Relia-Built team always kept me in the loop to issues with the project. The increasing cost in lumber lead to us changing to a vinyl option, and when it came time for installation it was done professionally and in a very timely manner. The neighbors were so impressed the team is coming back to do their fence.

Poor quality workmanship, had my fence along with 3 neighbours fences completed. Many of the posts are completely warped. Gates are all hanging down. Company wanted thousands more dollars just to fix the horrible job they already did.
