Deck Dreams

Incredibly disappointed.Had our contractor mark out exactly where posts should go for deck. We assumed that the people we paid to install the posts would follow those guidelines and check to make sure all posts were lined up. We didn’t feel like that was something we would need to monitor, as they were the professionals. Unfortunately, they did not check this and now we are left with uneven posts. We now have to put more work and money to fix their errors. I tried to call to talk to Jeff and he has not returned any of my phone calls.They also messed up our neighbor’s fence posts. They were supposed to be 8 ft to center and less than half of them are. They now need to buy more expensive 10 ft boards for their fence due to the inconsistency of the fence post distances. Neighbor also reached out to Jeff, and he has not responded to him either.100% would not recommend this company.
