That I follow R&B on Instagram so I can plan my week should be enough of a review! Love that they specialize in, and have perfected, one dish each day. My favourites are the chicken and waffles hands-down with close runner ups the BBQ jerk burger, rasta pasta, jerk chicken and oxtail combo.

Thanks R&B Kitchen for creating one of the very best hot honey chicken sandwiches I've ever had! Wicked crispy, surprisingly mild, and pleasantly sweet. Also, I'm loving those shoestring fries! Can't wait to try other items on the daily menu.

Honestly this is soul food for the soul! Delicious, hearty, and beautiful food! I had the daily special, which was chicken, waffles, coleslaw, and Mac & Cheese! I would go every day if I could! I would trust this wonderful group of people to cater for any event I would have! Going back as soon as possible! ❤️

I had been seeing the hype Instagram shots online and decided to give this place a try. A very humble restaurant without any bells or whistles, this place really puts all their soul into the food, hence soul food.I ordered the daily lunch special which was jerk chicken with rice and peas and it came with a drink included. I basically got a whole meal for $10 and I wasn't disappointed. It came with one drumstick and another breast piece both spiced to perfection. The meat was juicy and savoury.I'm definitely interested in coming again to try other menu items as well and would recommend others give it a go, it's great value.

If there was a sixth star, R&B Kitchen would get it! I had the Chicken and Ribs meal with macaroni and cheese, green beans and corn bread. Every bite was perfect, tasty, tender and satisfying... this is comfort food!Service was fast and delightful. The music had me moving while I waited and even though the shop is on a busy stretch of road I had no problem parking or getting back out into traffic.

I don’t normally leave reviews only if I truly like the place! Rating 4/5 only because food was a little pricey… but overall was definitely amazing!! Unique taste and cooked really well!! If you haven’t tried this place, a great place to try for a change!

Finally got to try this place, it’s been on my list for a while now. They certainly did not disappoint! The food was incredible, absolutely fire right down to the biscuit. I had the French onion chicken with mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and a cheddar biscuit. I don’t know what was in that biscuit but that was one of the best things I’ve eaten in my life. I will absolutely be back!

My son and I came to the area to go to the Cat Show and we were looking for places to eat lunch close to Cole Harbour Place. My son chose K&B Kitchen and we were absolutely NOT disappointed! We were blown away by how good the food was! We even went back in to say how good it was and that we would definitely go back next time we were in HRM! If you haven't tried it, you should!
