Called on Thursday January 7th, and booked an appointment for Friday January 8th at 5:45 pm. When I arrived for my appointment, the building was empty.Later when I called and made a complaint, the receptionist said the appointment was booked for Thursday January 7th.I don't drive, and had to pay for uber fare there and back. Very upsetting and disappointing.

I turned my neck the wrong way and was in so much pain I could hardly move. I had never been to Access Wellness before but I called them and they were able to get me in to see Dr. Kim right away. She was incredibly helpful, kind, professional, thorough, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was feeling better. I highly recommend them!
