Afrer some recommendations on this brand from friends and forums, I decided to make a visit and ended up hauling a Verve 2 Disc Low Step Hybrid mode bicycle in their black Friday event.Staff are awesome, very informative and not pushy.. the ethics are great and laidback approach to buying/picking up your bike. You can tell this company cares a lot about its brand image and reputation by upholding a fantastic after care service and providing a ton of in-depth information on how to get the most out of your new saddle.Would definetely recommend anytime, the bike is phenomenal and does everything I need, a great recommendation catered extremely well to my needs.

Trek Bikes on Kingsway in Burnaby are an A+ operation. The Service dept fixed my flat on the spot, no return pickup visit necessary. Brian, the sales guy, helped me pick out a new bike. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional,. He even installed the basket and bell himself to make my purchase go as quickly as possible. They have a big parking lot out front so if bringing your bike in for service you don’t have to worry about parking. I’d highly recommend Trek on Kingsway.

Overall thoughts: there are some newer staff that needed guidance and we're not that helpful, also was put on hold for 20 minutes because the employee forgot about me. But the reason I'm giving 5 stars is because I had an excellent experience with other staff (Mitchell and Ethan) who were knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. This is my first time buying brand new bikes for my wife and I, and I would be happy to entrust our bikes to these guys. They also helped install some accessories on the bikes in the first month which was super helpful.

Had a communication issue with Trek at first.Management went out of their way to see that I was taken care of.Manager Shane, called me an asked how he could make things better.I went back to the store, and true to his word, made things better.Highly recommend Trek bicycles. They do know what customer service means. Will return again and recommend them.They have shown the highest level of integrity.

Shane, Lior and Team were a pleasure to deal with. Knowing absolutely nothing about bikes the Trek Team were patient, understanding and addressed my needs. By asking me the right questions we worked through various options and price ranges. I am now the owner of something much more than just a bike. I treated myself to all the bells and whistles and it was a fun process throughout my various visits.

Always thought Trek was high-end, even maybe elitist, for service quality and price level. Boy was I wrong.Great service, attentive staff and very friendly right when you get into the store. Prices for services are fair and very competitive. For very minor things they just did it and told me don't worry about it - awesome. Turn around times are fast for most things.Would shop there again.

I visited Trek Bicycle Burnaby for the first time and it was a great experience. The staff is super friendly and offered me tips, advice and even a discount on items I bought, it's all about the first impression. The FX2 disc bike I bought can be upgraded, so in this store you can find with better breaks, thinner tires, awesome LED lights, comfortable saddles, gloves, jackets, shirts, bicycles, tires, etc. etc. Christmas is coming, give a hint to your family members :-)

Had a great experience purchasing my new e-bike at Trek Burnaby. I bombarded the staff with questions for 2 hours before purchasing the bike, they were patient and very knowledgeable. There was a manufacturing defect that the staff were able to fix the next day for free and fast. I feel that it's worth to pay more for a bike when there is strong customer service and repair included. Super impressed with the quality and service of this dealer!
