Covana

Wonderful product for seniors for ease of spa use. BUT, you better have deep pockets. We just paid to have the switch replaced and the unit isn't even 1-1/2 years old yet. Shame on Covana for such a limited warranty on what is obviously a problem part.

I love my Oasis LS Covana over my Hot Springs Grandee it's amazing!!!!! Keeps the rain off me, protects from the wind and easy opens within seconds. So worth it and it's a wow factor when friends come over!

DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY’s PRODUCTS!!They do not stand behind their products, even while under warranty. We purchased a cover and have had nothing but problem after problem with it. Froze shut and wouldn’t open in the winter, screens unprotected get damaged from weather (tears and rips) and constantly gets dirty with streaking, screen brackets constantly come off, gasket leaks unless perfectly align, where gasket joins it never seals properly due to expansion and contraction, and overall unit is very wobbly. Not happy with the quality this $9,000 purchase with a company that does care about the consumer.

It’s been an issue since pretty much the first month , constant servicing , adjusting , stuck open in the middle of winter etc. ....looks great , works poorly

Had our Covana installed in 2014. Had issues every winter where we had to adjust the lid by unscrewing to let lid settle, then rescrew into the posts. Numerous holes now on our posts. Have had it frozen shut a few times. Lid rose crooked a few times and locked in up position and cracked. Technicians have said they only last about 4 years. Shame. As seniors, we now have to manually lift a different cover as we can't afford the expense of a new one. It's a great wow factor if you can afford to constantly replace it.

Horrible customer service or appreciation. And this isn't even me calling for support but the largest spa store that I bought the cover from in Delson! The concept is fantastic but the product itself needs a real engineer to revise the design. I noted at least 4 design flaws.Not trying to sell myself but I believe in this product...Hey Covana, you have enough info to find me and save your business and make it world class. I've done it before.

No way would we purchase this Covana cover ever again! Side lip of Covana roof curling up due to poor quality workmanship and blaming it on sun damage?! The salesman at Backyard and Billyards (store we bought from) made no mention of placement of the tub and Covana cover close to a window and Covana won’t honor the warranty because there’s a window five feet away from the cover/tub! They said they wouldn’t cover it under warranty because the sun reflected off the window. That’s a sign of a WEAK product! We’ve had it less than a year!Anyone contemplating spending $8 grand to buy this POS is better off saving their money and going with the regular manual folding cover then putting a gazebo or wooden frame structure over your tub instead!

Terrible quality for 12000$

For our 10 year anniversary, we could have gone anywhere (pre-covid) but due to some challenges finding care for senior dogs and having teenagers at home, we decided to look at hot tubs.We went to a Hot Springs Spa retailer and looked at several models and decided on one model. However, once we were introduced to the Covana, I didn't really care what model of hot tub we chose, I just wanted the Covana to go with it.It really is the gift that keeps giving. We purchased the Covana a few months before the pandemic and living in the Midwest where we experience 4 seasons, we were able to experience an oasis" almost nightly going outside to our hot tub. We did pay extra for the shades to cover all sides to have privacy and protection from all the weather elements that the Midwest is known for.We have had it over a year now and not a single regret. The Covana is an investment that will let you use the hot tub year round and also provide additional protection to the hot tub.We love love love it."
