Horrible shopping experience! Will never go back!Got ignored. Then asked for help was told to wait. I waited, no one showed up. Only 3 costumers in the store.I went back out and asked the only sales girl on the floor for help. She repeatedly said what size?". I explained I had gained weight I didn't know.She asked me 6 times what size? Finally I said I was leaving. She got lippy

Went in just to get fitted for a bra,wasn't intending to buy,fantastic sales and knowledge from Cassidy they had 30% off bras,bras picked by Cassidy were perfect fit,and so comfy,I bought 2 and so did my daughter very pleasent experience thankyou

This store is great. Sales staff are happy, helpful and have great suggestions. Not pushy at all. Returns are just as easy and on line is quick and simple.

This review is for Penningtons in general not necessarily this store. I am giving them a one star for their online shopping experience. When ordering something I wanted to pick up in store to save shipping costs. The website told me many stores closed during Covid and the only twopick up options I had were both one hour drive each way.I later learned that the local store was still open. When I called to inquire why I couldn’t pick up there I was told “we have that turned off right now, I can’t tell you why” “if you come in our store and we don’t have it we can order it for you and send it to your house for free”What kind of a system is this??? Very poor experience.

Staff were friendly. Clothing line is always so ugly. Bottoms heavily patterned and tops. Double pattern can't possibly be a style Miss addition elle.

The one girl today I heard on phone with customer and she was rude. Talking to myself and other customers in the store rudely as well. This was early day, 11am the other girl with glasses was very pleasant. Alot of great items not sales though
