Shawmut Equipment Of Canada Inc
I am not one to give bad reviews about a company, but because I have been completely ignored by shawmut I was forced to write this review. I have been trying to get them to send me a simple quotation more than 3 attempts and still I have not received any responses. What is the purpose of having a company email when you never reply back to a customer?!!! Especially a customer that could potentially bring them lots of business. Very poor customer service. !!!!
