Great experience with the rental. LALA was the first being encountered and showed she had the knowledge to process the reservation and explain the procedure. She was very happy to help in my decision for the vehicle I chose. Nathan was right there to help when I returned the vehicle in inspecting it and making sure I was happy with the rental. I was shocked at first that even though they were busy they were smiling and made me feel like I was important to them and they appreciated my business. I then noticed all the staff looked like they were happy to help. What a change from the computerized version designed to frustrate you instead of helping. I will keep dealing with them.

I rented a Mitsubishi 2022 from this enterprise at Lawrence. The car was super clean when I received it. The customer service was great. The employee were supper nice and give me a suv at the last minute. Bhanu was very kind and help me through out the process. I will definitely use their services again and will total recommend this branch to my friend and family.

Horrible service when returning the rental. Very rude customer service!Carefully look at whatever car you rent very closely. They will try to make you pay for a damage you can barely see! I have photos and you can barely even see it .They just took my full deposit and never fixed the car. They just rented it out again! I know this because I did forget something in the rental and I called the very next day for it, but unfortunately they rented it out already..... so do they not check the vehicle? Or just keep whatever was left?Twice I've rented a car from here and the last time I had a rental which was a brand new car with very old winter tires which seeped air as you drove. They made me go on my own time to their mechanic. When arriving there, the mechanic called Enterprise location to tell them they shouldn't rent out a car with these tire conditions!!!I've rented a car on numerous occasions but this location was the worst!I do not recommend anyone to this location!I've attached the picture where they claimed I damaged..... barely even a scratch but they'll just blame it on you

Genuinely one of the best places I have experienced amazing customer service in any industry. The assistant manager Nihethan and his team will help aid you in a quick fashion even if you are coming in last minute. They will even go the extra mile to ensure that you are happy at the end of the day. If you are looking for good customer service, quick and fast service, this is the place to go! Very pleased with my experience I hope to be back soon!

This Enterprise location is one my best location so far, I met Team Member name Esther very professional and nice everything was done well see you next time. Thank you Esther. BUT but if you want best SERVICE go see PREAN management is my BEST rental Person no disappointment.

Don’t rent in this location. The car that was given to us was dirty and has a strong perfume smell. It wasn’t cleaned as opposed to what they are advertising. The lady who assisted us was very rude and unprofessional. She wanted us to sign the agreement with a quote that was different from the amount that I paid in the counter. She did not want to ask her colleague about the transaction until I told her I won’t sign it. Girl if you don’t like doing your job, give it to somebody else.

Print and courteous service. Our car was ready when we got there and we were on our way within 15 minutes. The gentleman who served us was friendly and knowledgeable. Will rent there again.

A1 service over here! I love the energy in this office. The staff were all pleasant and attended to clients as they walked in the door. Thank you fellas for an amazing experience during a stressful situation. Much Love! Give these guys a raise!

**WARNING FOR ALL PET OWNERS WHEN RENTING A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE**This is not directed at the team themselves but rather to the Enterprise policy regarding pets. When we picked the rental up, we were specifically told no pets in the car. We have a husky that we did not bring into the car; however, she sheds quite a lot and this is her shedding season. I tried to vacuum the car before returning the vehicle but we were then told we were to be charged $200 out of pocket to have the car professionally detailed. You cannot expect customers with pets to NOT BRING HAIR INTO THE CAR BY WAY OF CLOTHING. We listened to the representative by not bringing her in the car but we are being charged for clean up. Not to mention when I went on the website (FAQs), you do state Enterprise is PET FRIENDLY but expect the customers to clean it up completely or else there is a charge. AGAIN, CUSTOMERS CANNOT CONTROL HAIR FROM BEING TRANSFERRED FROM CLOTHES TO THE CAR. What if I had a lot of hair on my clothes just before going to return the rental?In any case, had I known it was pet friendly and that I would be charged either way, I would have brought my dog in the car. But again, we were told no pets allowed. I think it's an outrageous thing to put it on the customers as you say it's pet friendly rentals but then charge customers for extra detailing because other customers may not rent due to pet hair. But why is it even pet friendly to begin with then? Because even though you clean a car, dander can still remain and potentially harm those potential renters in the future.This is something Enterprise should really look at internally for pet owners and clarifications along the lines of pets in the rentals should be provided.

Enterprise has exceeded my expectations with customer service. Prean & Nate are the definitions of excellent customer service and delivering satisfaction. Despite the short wait time, they provided coffee and donuts to their customers and ensured prompt updates periodically. I highly recommend people check this rental place.
