I would give a lower rating if I could. I bought a pair of winter boots at the end of November only to now have them falling apart after wearing them for normal use for 3 months. I went in to get an exchange and was told even for a manufacturer defect that they do not honor their products longer than 60 days!?! What kind of business doesn't have a warranty of some sort against defective items. I get that they are shoes and that over time they will have wear and tear but this is 3 months of use. I am no bringing my business back to this company ever again and I hope their customer service line will actually honor their product and help me how their store should have.

Big shoes, little shoes, high heels, low heels, dress shoes, casual shoes, high tops, low tops Prices are good and an excellent selection of footwear to look over and find what you want. The staff is friendly and courteous. The store is well lit and clean. It’s spacious and easy to get around. There is a bargain area to find even better deals than the already low prices. Been here a few times and have been successful in finding what I needed.

Not the best selection of shoes. Generally you expect shoes to be cheaper in this sort of store compared to big name" places.They are the exact same price as Sport Chek.Not really much point of shopping here"

I go for the sketchers. What I like is browsing uninterrupted by overly friendly employees. Wasn't too impressed with the girl on the till. She was a tad condescending, but she did her job and that's it. The sales shoes on the back were week. The popular shoes were 20%off while grandma's gold flats with bows were 70%off. Over all not a bad place for shoes but don't expect a huge discount.

The building is clean, organized and staff are wonderful. The selection is great just really picked over. Sometimes it is difficult to find your size. Also their clearance section really doesn't have a lot of good mark downs. There are few 50% or higher discounts marked.

Great selection, was very impressed by the selection and prices of both children's footwear and adults. We were so happy with our purchases, my husband had happily found a pair of shoes thinking they were on a decent sale. Only for us to buy our daughter a pair of shoes and him and the total cost still was almost half the price of the original sticker price. You can find everything from winter boots to strappy heels. They have great organization of product just not much in the way of customer service, not because of poor customer service but rather lack of people to provide customer service.

Great service. Clean and spacious isles. Went shopping for a family member who has big feet for a woman who has size 12 wide for a lady. Went to many different stores. Ended up buying men's size 10. I believe that we are not the only ones going through this.
