Ombrasole

Had interview with president of this small CIE...There over 1 hour. Very disappointing and unprofessional....It's clearly marked salary per hour on Emploi Quebec ......Marked one amount no range....After more than one hour she tells me salary is 6 dollars an hour less....I show her the job description done and sent by her....She makes a lame excuse...Total nonsense....Now I see why this company has bad reputation and reviews...Such a waste of time. Unacceptable.. Please people be aware...25 years as buyer never saw this before...

They give you warranty but when you call for an installation defect, they ask you to pay hundreds for the transportation and they charge you labors hours as well. It's a rip off !! Also too expensive, just browse Costco you probably end up with better product and warranty ...

If I could give -1 star, I would. I was assured that the installation would not be an issue.From day 1, the awning started to sag, like dangerously. After multiple calls, the same installer came out and added a wall bracket. The problems kept coming back every 2 months for 2 summers.Eventually Ombrasole refused to come out again and wanted me to pay for service calls. This past weekend. A lag screw literally fell out off its bracket. I called a competitor and showed them the screw used in the installation and the number of support brackets used and they were shocked. We are lucky this awning hasn't fallen and hurt someone badly.Ombrasole has a habit of deleting unflattering posts so I expect this review to be removed within 24 hours; that's who you are dealing with.....

What a horrible customer service experience. Ask for a part? No. Could they sell me something as simple as a rod? No. Do they have the rod? Yes but sorry the owner doesn't want anything to do with you unless you bought your awning with us originally."

Cheating owners and unprofessional/untrained workers. Dont even know how to properly use a mesuring tape. Ends up cutting pieces atleast 2 times and leaves a big gap. Silicone can only cover so much. Owners give you a price and after the late delivery come up with another. Italian owners-latino workers... go figure.

I wasted an hour of my time looking at awnings' pictures on their website. Took notes of those of interest with picture number. Then I called to speak to a sales person. The receptionist tels me that they do not make those anymore. GET RID OF ALL THESE AWNINGS PICTURES YOU DO NOT PRODUCE !!!

I highly recommend this company, they did an amazing job on our patio. Very professional and courteous.They were very fast in the delivery and installation of our enclosed spaceLove it
